Pros:

It was an easy check in process. The staff was real professional and friendly and clean. The lobby was beautiful. The room was super clean and the breakfast was amazing they had staff on stand by if you needed anything and was right on it about cleaning up after a guest was done eating. They were even extra polite with smiles and friendly conversation I would stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone who likes a clean and friendly place where it seemed like the people who worked there actually cared about there jobs genuinely

I observed first-hand: Theresa was exceptionally helpful, friendly and extending a glowing greeting and personal assistance to each person stopping at the front desk. That first impression when greeted so kindly by members of the staff/team leaves a very positive impression-

Cons:

Breakfast: cold beverages needed to be replenished-orange juice pitcher was empty

Pros:

Very clean, friendly staff, great hot breakfast. Beds were lower than usual (maybe no box spring?) but comfortable. Would stay again.

Nice, newer building, comfortable rooms
Pros:

Comfortable room. Seems to be a newerish property. A little ways off the highway. Nice pool area, breakfast was good.

Very good and relaxing
Pros:

Extremely comfy bed and pillows. Clean bathroom with strong shower. Quiet cooling system. All room entrances are interior to the building.

Breakfast buffet was pretty typical with more yogurt and fruit choices than most. Breakfast staff extremely responsive. Very clean area.

Cons:

I hope it was just a bad day for their coffee. It was terrible. Couldn't finish even one cup. Even adding cream and flavoring.

Pros:

Well the night time Lady that's been there for over 20 plus yrs was extremely helpful since there was a mix up but she did everything she could to help couldn't ask for a wonderful Lady very happy

Cons:

When we first got there the swing Lady was not helpful she told us they didn't have suites so we showed her our booking she blames booking. com which turns out they did like I said in my other comment the night time Lady helped us so we bought her a quilt and candy
