Pros:

I loved that this property was close to restaurants and not far from the mall.

Cons:

I didn't like that the indoor pool smelled of chlorine so strongly. It made me feel light headed.

Cons:

The hotel was dirty. The rugs/carpets were dirty. The elevator was dirty. Floorboards were scuffed and dirty. The shower head sprayed a weak spray in all directions making it difficult to get soap off. The pillows were just weird.

Overall we would stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel.

Cons:

Multiple doors were slammed at 6:00 AM. I’m not sure if it was the same individual or several people. Extremely LOUD!!! It occurred again around 7:00. I understand the doors need to close but a softer close would be better.

Staff willing to make stay pleasant
Pros:

Staff replaced Alarm clock and lamp that was malfunctioning. Otherwise everything was as should be.

Cons:

That a clock and a lamp had to be replaced. It was as if the housekeeping doesn't inspect rooms after occupied for damages.
