Ok stay.
Pros:

Location was close to restaurants, right off Highway, nice foyer & breakfast area

Cons:

Dusty nightstands & bathroom vent. Dated wall color & bathroom. Bad looking carpet in stairwell. Wish property would enforce “no pjs in public” (people wear their pjs to breakfast)!

Pros:

Nice room, pool, and staff! Breakfast was great.
Glad we stopped at BW+
There were a few restaurants to choose from that were walking distance that also made grabbing an easy dinner super simple.

Cons:

Our water heater for showers wasn’t initially on and we took cold showers. This was remedied by Calley quickly.

I will not stay here again
Pros:

I like the location , plenty of places around.

Cons:

I did not like they barely had any parking , the room had many issues. Sink was clogged , the phone didn’t work , WiFi sucked , the lamps wouldn’t turn off without unplugging from wall , the room was dirty upon arrival.

The location was great! Food and entertainment are walkable. Shopping is near.

Very clean, nice location near restaurants and what seemed the heart of town.

Cons:

The matress actually had a plastic cover on it. I understand why they do this, but for 2 adults who do not wet the bed it was not acceptable. We could not even remove it. It was a very hot sleep as a result. We could not lay on a cover and use another to cover with because all that is provided is one super thin blanket.
It was uncomfortable enough that we left after one night and forfeited our second night and just ate the cost.
Also, 2 towels only. No extras. Just kind of chintzy.

Other than the breakfast, I will look for a Hampton Inn if ever in Tupelo, Ms again.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent for a hotel hot breakfast,and was the highlight of our stay. The woman who prepared and set it up was delightful.

Cons:

The refrigerator could have worked initially without the manager having to come to the room to plug it in. The phone never did work.
