A lot of hotels will offer free coffee and/or breakfast for the same rate.

No staff in motel. Self check in. Our room was missing chair. Coffers maker. Sink drain was leaking. Maid cleaning cart left out looks like they just walked out leaving a room half done. Can't was there most of night..

That they were remodeling the place and didn’t have the amenities it said it had. There was no breakfast and the hot tub had boiling water

I was pulling a trailer and there was not much space to turn around.

The bathroom in our room wasn’t very clean. The floor wasn’t very clean in the bathroom and one of the towels was stained.

There was no one in the whole place and evidently construction going on.

The hot tub was cold, our heater in our room was not working, there was not a single cleaner that came in the 4-5 days we stayed, called and asked for extra towels and toiletries and the lady at the desk got mad because she wasn’t in “this hotel”.

We were told, on Booking.com, that there would be breakfast included. We were also told that we would be able to get a roll away bed. Instead of a roll away, we were made to upgrade to a two double bed room paying more that we originally expected. Service was poor and the management was extremely rude. There were rarely people on duty and the front desk. They wanted you to do everything by kiosk.

Charged 70.00 for the pet fee. AC was super loud, fridge did not, light by the door did not work. Only other light was small lamp between the beds. It rained during the night and we had water coming in through the window. I called front desk and they just said “ok”. Obviously aware of the problem due to water stains on the curtain.

The front desk is not manned, you have to use the phone to reach anyone. We stayed for three nights and needed cups and coffee refilled. We called using the phone at the front desk, we never received the refresh of cups and coffee for our entire stay. Hard to judge the staff when they seemed absent from the property. We actually never saw a house keeper either.

Overall lack of cleanliness. Windows were dirty throughout. Interior of elevator was dirty. Hallways needed to be vacuumed. Room needed to be vacuumed. Sheets had hair in them. Bathrooms were not clean, even the bathroom mirror was dirty. Trash and cigarette butts on outside need to be pick up daily. We asked for a refund so we could go somewhere else but they refused.

While the bed/bath were clean - this hotel is just falling apart. It looks like it started to do some upgrades, but nothing was ever actually done - the demo yes, the remodel, no. The only "nice" looking part was the lobby - however, it looks as if it's a "self-service" check in/check out situation. There is a kiosk and not a real live human being. I saw one housekeeper, do 2 rooms and not another soul my entire 2 nights there. There was water stains all around the AC unit, there was some kind of crusty something on the window frames.... the room had clearly been a smoking room - recently - because it had that old smokey smell. There was absolutely no "view" from any side - only other hotels or parking lots.

Advertised as “pets welcome” + “pet friendly.” Upon arrival, we were given a surprise pet charge of $70/per night for one well-behaved 35 lb. dog. The manager claimed that all hotels in the area charge a similar amount. When we told them no, that’s very high, the response was “we want fewer dogs/pets staying here.” (Again, advertised as pet friendly.) Also, showers were cold, mentioned this to staff multiple times, and the last time the manager hung up on us (they are never at desk; you have to use communal phone to try to get a staff member to front desk). The staff member on the phone refused to come to the front desk when asked for assistance with the cold shower. There were also stains on the couch in room, filth on all doors, bottle caps from previous tenants on floor, moldy shower curtain, and other guests also had cold water - we asked others when waiting for service at front desk).

Bathroom needs updating. Chips and non slip area is all yellow. Very dark mold in 1 corner of the shower/tub area. Road into hotel could be improved.
