Pros:

I'd stay again.
Pros:

Great location with 2 close gas stations, a Dollar General and a Burger King, just off I-70. Facilities were clean, with comfortable beds and black-out shades for the windows. Exterior sounds exceptionally muffled, interior sounds not so much BUT I couldn't hear conversations word for word so not as bad as I've experienced elsewhere.

Cons:

The water pressure is terrible. I'm not a super fan of the sustainable shampoos, bodywashes and such just because they were positioned awkwardly high on the walls. Only 1 elevator is annoying but not awful.

Worst stay EVER!!
Pros:

This hotel was a joke we only stayed for 1 night but I think that’s all I could handle the customer service was a joke I felt like when I asked for a cot the customer service guy just looked at me like I didn’t even ask him a question I felt like I wasn’t seen or heard at all!! Our room was clean that’s the only good thing that they had going for that room no extra sheets for sofa bed and huge what looked like blood stain on mattress 🤢🤮 so disgusted by that almost didn’t let my son sleep on that, then my hubby when getting a shower almost fell in bath tub due to how slippery it was when wet, my young song also almost fell twice 😳 I don’t know about you but for someone who is in their 40s you shouldn’t be slipping and slide anywhere inside a bathroom let alone a bath tub 🫣 my hubby had to go to the front desk to make sure we were actually going to get a cot for our other child, and to get more sheets for the cot, it was like they had teens working there 😲 just unbelievable I will NEVER go back there, and I will be telling everyone I know traveling through there to not ever stay there

Where do I start?
We stayed 5 days here, & not once was our room cleaned☹️We had to ask for towels & rags each day. Also ask for our trash to be empty. The fridge was not working,it freezes up so nothing got cold. Our room 108 had a lot of loud noises up stairs, elevator, & very loud sounds like someone snoring, we couldn’t sleep.
Breakfast food was not kept up sufficiently🥺had to wait each morning
