The breakfast was above average for the level of hotel. It was not something I would go to as a breakfast destination but it was more than adequate. It was good.

Restful relaxing and comfortable motel with friendly efficient staff!
Pros:

Pretty view, outskirts of town, friendly desk lady and helpful maintenance man who quickly brought us remote batteries after the tv warned us low battery call desk ( I’d never seen that before but 👍👍). Clean, comfortable- our favorite lodging on this many state trip!

Refreshing.
Pros:

Our breakfast experience was wonderful. I loved how you had to order the food from the counter. With a child with a medical condition, it made me feel more at ease with the sanitation of the place.

That we couldn’t stay longer.

We have stayed at La Quintas across the country and this sets the standard.
Pros:

We have stayed here multiple times and have consistently had an excellent experience. Rooms and facilities are very clean, staff is friendly, and breakfast is a step above what is expected from this level of hotel.

Couldn’t wait to leave. The staff were nice
Pros:

I didn’t like the property the inside must of had a dog trapped in it was all scratched up smelled like dog inside the room

Cons:

Too many dogs thought it was a dog hotel

Nice stop on a long trip.
Pros:

Everything about the hotel was great. The check in, the room and especially breakfast. The woman actually served your food over the counter and had a variety of hot eggs, sausage even a chili con carde.

Cons:

We had to leave.

A well-kept, dependable, and comfortable choice and a good value.
Pros:

I’ve stayed in many roadside, chain motels and this La Quinta was both very convenient (to downtown Trinidad) and a well-kept, comfortable choice.

Cons:

It’s definitely a car-oriented location. Not really walkable into town.
