Exceptional value with a quality stay
Pros:

We had a brief, but very wonderful experience at Nagano Metropolitan. The hotel had a grand feel with quality touches. The rooms were on the smaller side, but that did not take away from our experience. The location was fantastic. I wish we stayed longer.

駅のすぐ横で観光し易いホテルです。
Pros:

駅から直結で利便性がとても良かったです。
３人部屋を近隣ホテルでも検索したらこちらのホテルの条件が1番良かった。

都合で深夜遅くの到着になるためお知らせしたところ、お待ちしておりますのでご安心くださいと返信くださり安心して向かうことが出来ました。着いてからもフロントのスタッフの方が穏やかで親切で安心しました。古くからあるホテルのようですがとてもお部屋もお部屋以外のどの場所も清潔で快適でした。ロビーの吹き抜けの雰囲気がとても良く高級ホテルのようなのにリーズナブルでとても良いです。長野駅のお土産ショッピング直結なのが最高でした！駐車場予約できませんが、停めるのに十分余裕がありましたしホテルの地下なので雨でも濡れず便利です。窓からの景色も良かったです。また泊まらせてもらいます！！

一つだけ！大浴場がないのが残念です

良い旅行になりました！
Pros:

駅直結が大変便利がよかったです。
駐車場も出入りが自由に出来て確実に停められるので助かりました。

Cons:

客室フロアーのコインランドリーが予約制で一回終わるのに2時間かかるのがちょっと使い勝手が悪いです。

でも1階に３台あったのでタイミングを見て利用出来ました。
