On Hotel Phuket

I booked it for 6 nights and left after 2. I didn't get any refund but it was still worth it. I would never stay there and will think twice dealings with Expedia. Pure lies and misleading. No elevators so had to take the bags up the floor and hotel do not provide any service at all.
They should be under hostel not hotels categories. I am more disappointed with Expedia then then the hotel itself.

Badrummet slitet lite snubbigt. Skulle behövas en upp fräschning. Tyvärr 99% ryssar på hotellet. Centralt läge.

Un hôtel situé au cœur de la ville avec un personnel fort sympathique et avenant avec les clients. Font tout pour vour rendre service avant et pendant votre séjour !! Et toujours avec le sourire.
Vous garde bien volontiers vos valises pendant que vous allez quelques jour sur une île avant votre séjour dans l'hôtel, vous commande un taxi pour l'aéroport et quand votre départ est très tôt vous fournissent des lunch box si vous avez pris une chambre avec petit déjeuner !! Nous recommandons cet hôtel fort agréable et sympathique.

The location is great and staff are really helpful. Room is very basic, more like a 2 star but its very clear and towels changed everyday. Restaurant nice downstairs. The beach is lovely here and there is a gorgeous Italian at the end of the road. Great location for trips like big budda, elephant sanctuary ex...

Nice staff but noisy across the street. Bed was hard.

Ett hotell som ligger mitt i centrum av karon.Nära restauranger och gång avstånd till stranden.Rummet var alltid rent och välstädat.Bra och trevlig personal.

Location of the hotel is spot on. Near the beach and good restaurants near by. The staff was really friendly and helpful. And our cleaner (Mama <3 ) was absolutelu brilliant!
Only (small) minus is that our room didn't have a balcony.

I dont often write reviews unless somewhere is really bad or really good. This one is thelatter, im pleased to say. I arrived feeling a little tired and jaded {my experience at the airpot was of feeling like just another one of so many tourists}. I was warmly greeted and made to feel very welcome by Cookie and Juls on reception - they were so pleasant and warm.
Noticing the hotel was on a busy road, I asked for a quiet room. Cookie obliged with a nice spacious, quiet room. Whenever i was anywhere nearby the reception area, i was warmly greeted by Cookie and Juls. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome. This makes such a difference. The staff generally were helpful and kind. fantastic people.
Obviously its not a 5 star hotel and that is reflected in the price, but the rooms were clean comfortable and spacious. But most of all, Cookie and the staff were fantastic!

We stayed in the Standard room with a double bed, unfortunately our aircon was broken and the room/bathroom were very basic, we had a kettle but no cups/mugs and so on! However the location is great if you want a short walk to Karon Beach or to restaurants, the downside of this is being kept awake until past 2am because of nearby bars!
Reception were keen to get us out of our room on time, unfortunately not the best stay! Would also suggest an elevator for the three floors!

On arrival check in was OK. We were shown to our room and given key card. The room was basic but had what you needed.
The cleaner was in every day and left fresh towels, however, did NOT change the bed sheets. We thought this strange and on asking were told they would be.
This didn't happen.
On checkout our taxi arrived but the owner wouldn't let us leave and said the room had to be checked. We waited for around 10 mins and one of the hotel workers came down to the reception with the sheets, with a make up stain?! We were told we had to pay 2000 baht as we had wrecked the duvet..... Unfortunately for the ON, my wife is allergic to make up and hasn't worn it for over 20 years!!!
We refused to pay while they were talking between themselves and walked out.
Funny enough I had seen a similar hotel in Thailand on YouTube using the same scam before we went so beware!!!

So far location is perfect and room basic simple clean, just doesn’t have elevator, have difficult time going up down if you carry heavy luggage

We stayed here for 2 nights and hated the resort. Absolutely full of Russians. Found them extremely rude. The room itself wasn’t very clean. There was sand everywhere and everything was dusty and grime. No balcony just a sliding window. But there was space for a small patio? God knows why they didn’t use it. Couldn’t wait to leave

Fantastic value of money.Great location,walking distance to many restaurants and bar.Friendly staff and very helpful .Comfy bed,great food and very good price.Also we got an upgrade too👍👍👍

I booked this hotel for 5 nights but stayed for 20 minutes - this was the time it took me to book another hotel. The photos on the web sir are not the reality when you get there. Extremely disappointed and wouldn't advise staying.

There was some confusion when checking in as we were showing as being from Russia which was quickly corrected.
The room we were given was not up to the standard that we were expecting or had used on a previous visit to the On Hotel in Karon Beach.
After speaking to the reception it was agreed that we could upgrade our room which we did.
The room was always cleaned daily and clean sheets and towels put out daily.
The hotel was located in the main high street with plenty of bars and restaurants located in the area. The hotel restaurant / kitchen had a very comprehensive menu if you did not wish to go out.
