Imperial Park Hotel

Breakfast was great and the room was good. However staff at reception should be more customer service savvy, be more patient with clients and learn how to communicate with them.

Oda çok ses alıyor yol üzerinde olduğu için yatak çarşafı yırtıktı ve odaya geldiğimizde oda çok soğuktu

Temiz ve sakin bir otel.. merkezi konumu guzel.. calisan personel saygili ve ilgili.. rahatlikla kalabilirsiniz..

Konaklamamız genel anlamda güzel geçti. Çalışanlar kibar ve ilgiliydi. Tek sorun yan odadan çok fazla ses gelmesiydi. Çocuklu bir aile kalıyordu sanki otelde değil başka yerde kalıyormuş gibi tepinmeler bağırma çağırmalar bebek olsalar anlarım ancak ilkokul ortaokul düzeyi çocukların bu tarz ses yapmalarının ailelerinden kaynaklı olduğunu düşünüyorum. Resepsiyonu arayıp bu konuda destek istedik sağolsunlar ilgilendiler. Kısa sürede sorunumuz çözüldü.Kahvaltı biraz daha çeşitlendirilebilir diye düşünüyorum. Genel anlamda otelden memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ederiz.

Oda kasvetli araba sesi olduğu gibi odanın içerisinde... yatak berbat.. iki tekli yatak birleştirilmiş rahatsız edici...
bi kez daha konaklama şansım olmuştu o zaman gayet iyiydi ama son konaklama çok vasattı

Otel temizlik açısından iyi konumda iyi kahvaltı fena değil.tek sıkıntı ses yalıtımı hem dışardan araç sesleri hemde yan odadan sesler rahatsız edici olabiliyor.

Gayet temiz ve ilgili personellerin olduğu bir otel , bazı 5 yıldızlı otellere bin basar . Hep böyle devam edin

Generally was Good , hotel and rooms are clean, staff friendly and helpful. Air conditioning is smelly and noisy so I didn’t use it , also you can smell cigarettes were smoked in the room.
Sauna,and gym unclouded in room price. Restaurant food was good, but lots of positions from the menu was unavailable.

New and very clean hotel. Location next to the main street might be convenient if you are traveling with a car. For me it was just noisy. Staff at the reception is friendly and polite but sometimes useless. Check-in was very efficient but the problem is the language. Three employees didn’t understand enough to solve the issue I had with the room. I’ve tried again next day with new employees and same result - nothing was done.

It was not possible to turn ac on. I know it is winter but i got hot and cant sleep without ac

Good hotel with nice rooms. Restaurant is quite good and plates are big. There is an outside roof where you can have dinner. Only bad point is the road not so far but I slept well. Rooms are clean and quite big. Bathroom are modern.

This hotel is not far from the city center. It's quinte a new hotel and The staff is kind, it has the terrace on the fourth floor, where breakfast is served, and this is iss strong point. Conversely, play attention to the fact that the rooms on Ataturk street are quite noisy (if possible, choose those on the opposite side). However, a good staying!

I recommend Imperial park hotel izmit because of its new, state of the art architecture, proximity to Symbol Shopping mall, exit to motorway, restaurant amenities and views of the city. Seaside and jogging venues in 60 Evler İzmit is short distance. Rooms are spacious and brand new. Breakfast has many varieties of chhese, salami, coffe and tea types.

so bad hotel and unlovable manager and boss. they are looking for like a thunder to the guest. so cold personal and expensive hotel. never ever visit there ! worst dinner , poor breakfast... ıt was lıke a nightmare

Et rigtigt fint ophold. Rene og pæne værelser med elkedel, minibar, tv og wifi.
Flot fitness og spa afdeling. Restaurant øverst oppe på 4. sal med udsigt over byen. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale.
Shoppingmuligheder og sportshal indenfor gå afstand.

The place (hotel is located just next to a busy street) is a bit noisy. Hotel equipment is OK, WIFI is not always fast. Restaurant serves different more-or-less standard kitchen.Hotel is equipped with Turkish spa.
