Non era disponibile la colazione,seppur non fosse inclusa,neppure a pagamento.Quindi ingannevole in tutti i sensi l'annuncio che afferma che la colazione e' inclusa.
Il riscaldamento e' fornito da condizionatore ad ara calda vecchio e molto rumoroso.
La vista mare per cui e' stata pagata la camera molto indiretta.
Il vano di accesso alla camera privo di luce

Pas de petit déjeuner comme indiqué sur le site.... Pas de salle de restauration. Pas de parking gratuit, c est payant (5euros la journée)

Purtroppo la colazione non era attiva ma ci sta essendo bassa stagione
Ottima posizione c'è tutto dai ristoranti bar supermercati farmacia e puoi arrivare ovunque a piedi o con pullman se non si ha la macchina

Doccia senza pressione acqua e tiepida. Per niente confortevole.
Stanza da 2 ma ingolfata con un terzo letto. Non praticabile per 3.
Sulle rifiniture uno standard per un 3 stelle.
Accoglienza e staff. Vicinanza al mare e al centro. A disposizione centro benessere e palestra .

Sinceramente , le foto dalla pagina di Booking non corrispondevano alla realtà, struttura fatiscente, il letto dei bambini non era neppure fatto e non veniva l’acqua calda in bagno.
Non lo consiglierei alle famiglie.
Unico vantaggio la posizione buona, ma alla fine a Viareggio, in linea di massima, tutte le strutture si trovano in una buona posizione.

Bagno : Doccia che perde acqua, bidet che perde acqua, lavandino intasato. Porta gonfia per le continue perdite di acqua, quindi il problema è vecchio.
Camera: letto scomodo e abatjour sporche e con fuliggine.
