better look for other property in this price
Pros:

Breakfast quality! Even its same everyday and newrby the public transport staff

Cons:

bed linen & comforts are old color pale foam mattress is lontime not changed may be also. and they dont change during your stay until unless you mention, Bathroom foot mat never changed even it was wet cleaner pretend bathrom did cleaned (when you are the one who keep clean the bathroom yourself) towels not replaced. & i doibt if rooms wasnt broom since im curious to keep tiddy & clean my room bathroom slipper not provided but upon request a paper type slipprr given

Pros:

Номер с видом на Арарат и Мать-Армению. Учитывайте, что это на горе! Спуск-подъем в центр внушительный, такси в Ереване дешёвое.
Номер большой, есть чайник, чашки, бутылка воды, гель д/душа, шампунь. Не хватило освежителя воздуха, ложки для обуви и тапочек в номере.
Вкусный и разнообразный шведский стол.
Персонал вежливый! Спасибо за угощение гранатами при выезде! Армения- очень гостеприимная страна!

Very good breakfast, direct free parking, clean and tidy room, strong wifi, pleasant staff, very good value for money ratio.

Все супер, номер с прекрасным видом на Арарат и Ереван. Хорошие завтраки, бассейн спасал в жару (полотенце для бассейна отель предоставляет) и маленький приятный бонус - весы, чтобы взвесить чемодан перед аэропортом

Pros:

В отеле очень доброжелательный персонал, все стараются сделать отдых комфортным. Можно обратиться с любым вопросом и вам помогут. В отеле есть небольшой бассейн- это спасение в жаркую погоду.

Pros:

Не первый раз останавливаемся в этом отеле. Все устраивает. Завтраки с каждым годом становятся более разнообразными. Бассейн спасает в летнюю жару. До центра можно дойти пешком через парк и спуститься по каскаду, либо такси очень недорого.
На ресепшен всегда очень милые и вежливые ребята.
