Aparthotel Milenij

A szállás közvetlenül egy kék zászlós strandon található, nagyon tágas és kényelmes volt éttermek közelében mégis csendes helyen. 10 éve voltunk Baška Vodan utoljára, de azóta sokkal színvonalasabb üdülőhely lett. Nagyon kellemes meglepetés volt számunkra a város, a szállás pedig minden igényünknek megfelelt. Még biztosan jövünk ide. Egyetlen kellemetlenség, hogy a mélygarázsban parkolás lehetőségét a recepción nem ajánlották fel, így dupla áron parkoltunk.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, very good restaurant. I am completly relaxed. I just fill very welcome from the begining. By entering garage you can see your name on parking lot. During checkin we were recognized as old guests, being here 9 times

First impressions are very important to me, and it wasn’t a good one. Cold, unsmiling girl at reception ( Gabriela)… bordering on rude. Opening door to apartment strong unpleasant smell that we couldn’t get rid of for the time we were there. Cleaning staff gave us spray to use… didn’t really help. Little rugs/carpets were so stained and dirty I had no choice but to ask for them to be removed from the room. Not enough staff, it is apparently a problem for most places, but if you are charging 300+ euros for one night, shouldn’t be my problem… positives - perfect location right on the beach, breakfast was okay, good selection, again only one waitress looking after breakfast room doing the best she can… This was my second stay and totally different from the last year. Service has gone downhill while prices have gone up. I don’t think I will be staying here again . Not to mention, 4pm check-in is ridiculous…

Very nice apartment right at the beach.

Good hotel close to town, beach and marina. The pool was absolutely small with only 6 sunbeds, but we mostly go to the beach.... It is stone beach with bars along the beach. Breakfast was quite good and with the option of sitting outside or inside. We had the top floor with a great view. Parking is little so ask in advance

Beautiful spacious apartment in great location! Highly recommended!

We had a one-bedroom apartment booked but on arrival were given one with two large bedrooms, two shower rooms and an enormous sitting/dining/kitchen area - which was in excess of our needs. There is a basement car park, which is charged for, but during our stay the street parking was more accessible, and free of charge. We cannot comment on the food as we made our own breakfast and Baska Voda has a number of excellent, reasonably-priced eating places.

Personalen olika serviceinriktad. Någon var väldigt duktig medan någon verkade ointresserad. Vi var på plats innan säsongen började så vi fick full uppmärksamhet för det mesta. Bra läge med närhet till strövområde och strand. Är helnöjd!

The property was beautiful, rooms and bathrooms very clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent and extremely welcoming and friendly. The property was located 2 min. from the beach, breakfast, lunch and dinner was available at your choice. We had a great experience and are looking forward to return to the property 💕

We stayed 6 nights (2 adults and 2 young adults) and rooms/bed were very nice size. It’s hard to find accommodations in Europe to have enough beds besides offering sofa in the living room to sleep 2, so this was refreshing to have. Kitchen has enough dishes to get you through the stay. They do not provide paper towels or dishwasher soap (just a heads up). This place is extremely clean, food was ok. If I can recommend one thing is to change pillows! They are extremely high and not comfortable to sleep.
People that work there are so nice and very accommodating. Thank you for such a wonderful experience in your hotel during our Croatia visit.

We visit this hotel already seven times. Rooms are completely renewed. What’s a great surprise. There is great atmosphere in the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful any time. Restaurant is one of the best in town. We enjoy our holidays every year.

Very good 2 bedroom apartment - 1 en-suite. No baths but excellent showers. Both bedrooms very comfortable with good storage and balconies with lovely views across the beach to the islands of Brac and Hvar.
There is a large open plan kitchen/dining/living room. The kitchen has a fridge with small freezer compartment, 2 electric rings, a microwave and an electric kettle.
All of the staff are really friendly, helpful and efficient
There is an underground car park which is chargeable. The access road and the entrance to the car park are quite narrow, so be prepared if you have a large/wide car.
There is a good choice at the breakfast buffet. We had a half board option and you can decide whether to have lunch or dinner. Lunch can be taken at the same restaurant as breakfast or at the pizzeria on the beach.The pool area is small and was taken up by a couple of families each day so we made use of the beach across the road from the hotel.
At the beach there are plenty of sun loungers and parasols for hire - the charges vary as you go further from the resort. The beach is small white stones/pebbles so it's best to have beach shoes - also for swimming. The water is very clean and clear.
Beach towels can be hired on a daily basis at reception. There are loads of activities on the beach and also at the harbour - around 5 to 10 minutes walk along the seafront.
Although the resort was busy, the atmosphere was always calm and laid back. There are plenty of restaurants and the food was excellent quality. All of the Croatians we met were very friendly and helpful.
It's easy to get from Baska Voda to a wide range of places along the coast and beyond. Our favourites were based in Omis along the Cetina river gorge. Ziplining high above the gorge was incredible and white water rafting with "Dalmatian Getaways" was a real highlight.
All in all a very good week's holiday - highly recommended.

Aparthotel Milenij is a newer modern property and its location is excellent. It's right on the beach and has an elevator coming down the beach level to avoid stairs. It's apartment style hotel with separate living room, bedroom and kitchen. This is great for extra space and convenience. Air-conditioner worked well. It had a queen bed and mantras was comfortable. We had sea view unit with balcony and it had a great a picture perfect view of the Adriatic and the sunset as well as people strolling down Baska Voda beach promenade. This hotel also had an underground garage and it's a big plus in Baska Voda. Garage had additional cost of 11 euros per day. I wish it was included in the price of the room. We had a car and were happy to have a place to park it. Apartment was soundproof, no one woke us up during night. Hotel had a pool, but most of the people stayed at the beach. There was also a restaurant in the hotel, but there were many choices in the area and we didn't try it. One thing I would recommend to hotel management is to reserve beach area without rental sunbeds and umbrellas for hotel guests. We didn't need the sunbed, but the entire hotel front beach was covered by empty not purchased sunbeds and there were very little space to sit down with beach towel. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Aparthotel Milenij and would like to return. Highly recommend it!

Fantastiskt läge precis vid stranden och väldigt trevlig och service minded personal. Dock var det lite sämre standard på rummet. Det rummet vi fick så fungerade inte köket. Fick ingen värme i plattorna och kylen läckte. AC’n var lite överdimensionerad så det var svinkallt på rummet och alla sängkläder var lite fuktiga. Men som sagt oslagbart läge och härlig pool och bra restaurang.

Sehr gut gelegen, mit Garage, und direkt in der ersten Reihe. Zugang über Tiefgarage an den Strand ist sehr bequem, auch für Strandklamotten, um sie beim Auto zu lassen.
Top Personal, das sich sofort um alles kümmert.

We had a spicy pizza and salmon in white wine sauce (as a part of a daily menu). Both were very good and offer awesome value for money (salmon menu was only cca EUR 7). The air condition was off and it was a really hot day, the waiters were in a bit of a chaos which decreased the quality of the overall experience.

Directly across the small street to beach, the rooms are small but clean and well kept. I especially like the apartments since you can make your own small meals which is a great money saver although the local eateries are not so expensive. They offer underground garage parking for a reasonable fee and have a small pool if you want to take a dip in fresh water. Walking distance to town, the staff was very helpful and spoke English well.
It is a nice place to stay for a mini holiday especially if you are on a tight budget.
