Perfect!
Pros:

We loved our stay here! The staff were really friendly and helpful, and even allowed us to store our luggage there for a few hours after check out. The room was comfortable and really clean, and I liked the bathroom decor. The location was great too, close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Overall enjoyed our stay here!

Buena localización, pésima limpieza
Pros:

Lo único bueno, la situación

Cons:

La limpieza deja mucho que desear, las habitaciones no las limpian a diario, solo hacen la cama y ponen toallas nuevas, el resto de instalaciones son oscuras y sin ascensor

Un buen hotel para visitar Estambul
Pros:

Está muy bien situado en el barrio de Galata, muy cerca de una de las calles peatonales más conocidas de Estambul, y del puerto para poder coger un ferry. La habitación era muy grande y confortable, con una decoración moderna.

Cons:

Echamos de menos el poder desayunar en el propio hotel.

Cons:

Я не знаю, что имели ввиду люди, которые писали, что отель находится в тихом, уютном местечке, но тихим это место точно назвать нельзя - под окнами находится дорога с очень крутым подъёмом и машины, чтоб подняться очень сильно шлифуют по брусчатке (она уже зеркальная от постоянной шлифовки стала). От этого шума окна открыть нельзя, даже ночью.

Чистота, локация и отношение персонала. Безукоризненно чисто при очень скромной цене. Удобные матрасы. Очень удобное для семьи размещение - три кровати, а не кровати+диван. Персонал говорит или на блестящем русском или на английском. Все вопросы решаются незамедлительно и неформально. У нас заезд был в 14 часов, но так как мы прилетели в 6:30 нам пошли навстречу и без всякой дополнительной платы дали заехать в номер в 11 часов. Причем весь наш багаж был уже в номере. Выше всяких похвал и ожиданий.

Хорошее местечко, очень классное расположение, приветливый персонал, внимательный и отзывчивый, свежий ремонт, нам очень понравилось, соотношение цена качество идеальное!!!!
