The Reveron Plaza is the best place to stay in Los Cristianos
Pros:

The location is fantastic - so central for the town. The hotel feels quintessentially Spanish with wrought iron balconies, ornate tiling , artwork. The free refillable water is a lovely idea.

Cons:

The waste ground / demolished site across from the Hotel is an eyesore

A must stay
Pros:

What a beautiful, old style Spanish hotel. The rooms are lovely, the staff are superb and the pool area is so clean and quiet. An oasis in the middle of the town.
Check-in staff were brilliant and the catering team were so lovely.
The breakfast chefs, Rosa and Maria do a fabulous job and Ly, Loli and Carmen did a sterling job serving throughout the day. Our housekeeper for room 108 this week has been so good and the maintenance team are always busy.
It felt like a very good, step back in time, experience.
Overall top notch-we will return.

Hospitality second to none !
Pros:

A special thanks go out to the staff especially Eduardo who managed to sort us a room in a pretty desperate situation.
Me and my wife were badly let down by a well known booking site when our accommodation was cancelled only when we arrived at Tenerife airport from the UK in the early evening.
After one hour of phone calls / waiting for information/ complications we saw that this hotel had a room in a very busy resort ( most were fully booked)
We decided to get an Uber to central Los Cristianos to arrive in person instead of booking online again !
Luckily Eduardo welcomed us and promised to do his best to help us and within 30 minutes we were in a very good room in a very nice hotel !
We also learned a very important lesson and will never use the worldwide known BOOKING site again !
To add insult to injury… we could have booked the same accommodation online at a considerably higher price….by actually travelling to the hotel in person saved us a lot of money !
Thanks again for the hotel’s hospitality.
Great location, great food and even better service/ staff !
Highly recommended- and far better if you don’t use the increasingly greedy and unreliable online booking agencies…

Lovely stay in the centre of Los Christianos
Pros:

A beautifully renovated hotel to a high standard. There is a large rooftop pool and bar area. The staff were polite and welcoming.
It would have enhanced our stay even further to have lunchtime snacks and a bar in the evening.

Good location, in the heart of Cristianos and near cafes and restaurants

Cons:

For the price charged, I didn’t feel it offered good value in terms of their facilities in comparison to other similar hotels in the same area. The hotel bar was a tiny service bar on the fifth floor by the pool. The breakfast offering was average and no restaurant facilities other than breakfast.

Wish we'd discovered this Hotel years ago.
Pros:

It's the second time we've stayed here and we will be back. From the complimentary Prosecco at reception to the moment you check out, you are made to feel like a valued guest and not just a number. It's a lovely traditional hotel that's spotlessly clean, well maintained with friendly professional staff. It's in the heart of the town with everything you need on your doorstep. You do get some general noise from the street below as people go about their daily business but that adds to the atmosphere as you sit on your balcony with a drink and watch the world go by. The rooms are very spacious with a fridge, kettle, coffee machine. They also provide a bottle for you to fill with fresh water from water dispenser in reception and the restaurant. The rooftop pool has fantastic views in all directions. There is a lifeguard on duty and it now boasts a bar.
We've been visiting Los Cristianos for over 20 years and wish we'd discovered this Hotel years ago.

Special Birthday treat .
Pros:

We stayed at this lovely hotel for my 70th birthday,
From start to finish everything was perfect.
Staff very friendly and helpful,delivered cake and champagne to room on my birthday.
Room spacious and clean,we chose sea suite as it was a special occasion,
Towels changed daily and bed changed when wanted, great view of port and sea.
We enjoyed breakfast, not overcrowded always got a nice table, had something different from menu everyday.
Our son and daughter surprised us and booked in for a few days with us, staff managed to put them on same floor a few doors down.
Had a couple of afternoons at the pool on the top floor. Decent size and plenty of sun beds.
We really like location of hotel with loads of nice restaurants and bars nearby.
We really enjoyed our stay here and can’t wait to book again for winter 2027.
