Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue simplemente perfecta para unos días en familia. Lo que más destacaría es su ubicación privilegiada en pleno centro.
El hotel transmite tranquilidad desde el primer instante a pesar de estar en una zona céntrica, el ambiente es muy silencioso y acogedor, perfecto para descansar después de un día de turismo. La piscina de la azotea es una auténtica maravilla: un espacio cuidado, con vistas preciosas y un entorno ideal para desconectar.
Pero lo mejor de todo, sin duda, fue el trato humano. Todo el personal destacó por su amabilidad, cercanía y profesionalidad. Desde recepción, Eduardo, Jorge y Mónica hasta el equipo de limpieza y restaurante, Carmen, Dolores, Lee, Rosa, siempre nos atendieron con una sonrisa y pendientes de cada detalle para que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Ese trato cercano y familiar marca realmente la diferencia y convierte una estancia buena en una experiencia inolvidable.
Un hotel totalmente recomendable para quienes buscan comodidad, tranquilidad, piscina y una atención excelente en pleno centro de Los Cristianos

El hotel y su localización muy bien.

El bufette ESPECTACULAR. El servicio de DOLORES, la responsable del desayuno MUY PROFESIONAL. Se agradece cuando te hacen sentir como en casa. 🏡
El desayuno te sorprende, porque además de lo que puedes encontrar en el bufette habitual de un 4*, te dan una carta con las diferentes tostas (muy elaboradas), que la verdad……. están INCREÍBLES (enhorabuena a la cocinera). Recomiendo los huevos poche sobre nube de aguacate. 😛

Üldiselt positiivne kogemus.
Pros:

Asukoht oli väga hea, aga kui aknad on platsi poole, siis kell 5 hommikul alustatakse tänavaid puhastama suht lärmakalt. Õhtuti samuti linnamüra kuni südaööni. Kes armastab hommikuti pikalt magada - paluge tuba akendega hoovi poole.

Cons:

Veesurve oli olematu, pikad juuksed on väga keeruline sellise survega läbi pesta. Saabumispäeval peale kl 15.00 sooja vett ei olnud kahjuks

Pros:

Mi è piaciuto praticamente tutto. La posizione a pochi passi dal mare centrale e vicino a tutti i bar e i ristoranti. Zona abbastanza silenziosa anche se vicino a una chiesa.. Servizio impeccabile. Colazione ottima. Variegata. Staff educato gentile. Non potevomo chiedere di più. Ci rvedremo presto

Wir waren zufrieden und kommen gern wieder.
Pros:

Liegt sehr zentral, wir konnten zu Fuß zur Fähre, der Pool auf dem Dach ist gepflegt und mit ausreichend Liegen ausgestattet, es gibt kostenlos Poolhandtücher (lediglich Pfand), unser Zimmer war großzügig und die Matratzen waren perfekt. Es gab leckeres und vielfältiges Frühstück.

Lovely family run hotel in the centre of los cristianos.
Pros:

We stayed here in order to get the ferry to la gomera the next day. It’s super near the port. When we arrived we were offered cava and we sat and drank a whole bottle gossiping in reception. The hotel is a family run hotel and you feel it. It has beautiful glass stained windows inside and it feels really classy. The breakfast was delicious and they offered hot options too. We felt cared for.
