My friend and I spent a few days at Hotel Baia Imperiale on a girls' trip.
The main highlight was the staff, who were really attentive, thoughtful, and considerate at every level. It was our first stay in the area, and at the reception we felt warmly welcomed and were given detailed information every time. In the restaurant, the staff were attentive to our smallest requests throughout our stay. And housekeeping always went the extra mile.
We loved:
⭐️ *The location* – practical, with easy access to the seaside. We could even go barefoot. By the way, if we may suggest: a small foot-washing station near the rear exit would be great (because we loved just walking directly onto the beach).
⭐️ *The food* – always tasty, with a large selection
⭐️ *The cleanliness* - at all times everywhere
⭐️ *The spa* – intimate, warm, and welcoming
⭐️ *Bicycles available on request*
✨ *The kind and professional staff*, who made us feel special 🫶
We also enjoyed the elegant happy hour on Friday evening on the rooftop, with lovely views of the beach on one side and a soaring sunset on the other 🫶 🙏

I spent 10 days in Rimini with my family at the Baia Imperiale. The staff were very friendly and get a 5/5 ⭐️ rating from me.
The rooms had a few minor flaws, so I’d rate them 3.5/5 ⭐️.
Friday is the absolute highlight: there are drinks and music on the rooftop terrace—all courtesy of the hotel—accompanied by a beautiful sunset.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience that’s well worth repeating.

L'unico piccolo suggerimento riguarda il garage: sarebbe ancora più comodo se fosse incluso nel prezzo e situato più vicino alla struttura. Per il resto, il soggiorno è stato davvero molto piacevole.

Loved the location. Katarina was absolutely amazing!! She was so helpful and sweet and personable! She made saying with you guys a lot of fun!
The shower was so small you could barely turn in it. The pool amenities never worked and the water didn’t have a lot of chorline in it so didn’t feel clean.

I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
I left my handbag in the room, and when I returned to the hotel, it was gone. The bag contained documents, money, and other items. Neither the hotel staff nor the owner saw or knew anything. I was met with a lack of assistance and arrogance from both the owner and the staff after reporting the theft. The matter has been reported to the police in Rimini, the Polish Consul General in Milan, the police in Poland, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Warsaw.
There are no hotel sunbeds available on the beach; only paid ones are offered—7 euros for a sunbed and 10 euros for an umbrella per day.
