Lovely stay with an interesting wine tasting and a good location. Tip the local metro is great.
Pros:

Friendly staff and a good location for walking to nearby restaurants and parks.

Cons:

Would have preferred anon-street facing room but the noise was minimal.

Great location. Walking distance to Palermo. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Good breakfast. The terrace loft room was excellent with a balcony and a jacuzzi.

Tolle Lage, sehr gemütlich und komfortabel. Leckeres Frühstück a la carte.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist toll. Es ist sehr sicher und geschützt durch „Klingelzugsng“.
Klein und fein mit wenigen Zimmern. Das Frühstück wird a la carte serviert.

Cons:

Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen und hat renovierungsbedarf.

Cons:

Que reserve para 4 personas: una pareja más dos hijos de 15 (mujer) y 17 (varón) y tuvieron que dormir juntos en un sofá cama. Sabía que era sofá, pero no juntos los dos. Reserve una habitación para 4 pero me parece que no es para 4. También algunas cosas rotas como la tabla del inodoro, que cuando uno mira el precio (no es barato) espera que esas cosas esten solucionadas u otros detalle como que en la ducha hay 3 dispenser: jabon shampo y enjuague y no tienen indicaciones uno no sabe que es cada cosa. Son pequeños detalles que sumados hacen al todo

Un bel endroit de charme mais qui souffre de trop d'une finition défaillante.
Pros:

Le Miravida Soho Hotel & Wine Bar est un bel établissement avec beaucoup de charme.
Nous avions pris une suite qui était de belle taille avec un très beau parquet et de très beau meubles.
L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le quartier de Palermo Soho, proche de la Plaza Serrano et des nombreux restaurants du quartier.
Bon petit déjeuner avec plusieurs choix de menu.

Cons:

Malgré les qualités intrinsèques de l'hôtel et de la chambre, le bilan est terni par des problèmes importants de finition : les attaches des tentures de la chambres étaient en partie cassées et détachées de la tringle et nous devions à chaque fois grimper sur une chaise pour les rattacher tant bien que mal. De grandes traces d'humidité sur le mur autour du système de conditionnement d'air. Salle de bain petite et vieillotte.

Gute Lage, nettes Stadthotel. Whirlpool auf dem Balkon. Die Lage des Whirlpool lud aber nicht zu einer Nutzung ein.

Gebuchte Zimmerkategorie nicht erhalten – Mangelhaftes Beschwerdemanagement
Pros:

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die zentrale Lage ist vorteilhaft und das Frühstücksangebot war vielfältig sowie qualitativ hochwertig, was man in dieser Preisklasse allerdings auch voraussetzen darf.

Cons:

Leider gab es eine massive Abweichung zwischen der gebuchten Leistung und der Realität vor Ort. Ich hatte explizit eine Suite mit Balkon und Ausrichtung zum ruhigen Innenhof gebucht, um den Straßenlärm zu vermeiden.

• Zimmer: Das zugewiesene Zimmer verfügte über keinen Balkon und war zur lauten Hauptstraße hin ausgerichtet.
• Service & Reklamation: Meine sofortige Beschwerde und die Bitte um Stornierung wurden vor Ort zunächst mit Verweis auf das Management verzögert. Eine endgültige Ablehnung erfolgte schließlich lediglich unpersönlich per Nachricht über den Booking-Chat.

Besonders enttäuschend war das fehlende Beschwerdemanagement: Es gab seitens des Hotels weder eine Entschuldigung noch ein Wort des Bedauerns oder ein proaktives Entgegenkommen. Dass mir letztlich durch das Portal Booking.com (nicht durch das Hotel selbst) eine Gutschrift gewährt wurde, bestätigt zwar den Sachmangel, ändert jedoch nichts an der mangelnden Serviceorientierung des Hauses vor Ort.

Fazit: Aufgrund der Diskrepanz zwischen Beschreibung und Realität sowie des gleichgültigen Umgangs mit berechtigten Reklamationen kann ich dieses Hotel trotz der guten Substanz nicht weiterempfehlen.
