Excelente ubicación,desayuno y atención del personal
Colchón muy viejo,el aire acondicionado estaba justo sobre la cama(de frente a la cabecera de la cama) ,la ducha no tenía presión y aunque era todo muy pintoresco se notaba la falta de mantenimiento edilicio.

Location and the breakfasts
The room we had was exceptionally small and on arrival there was no toilet roll in the bathroom, the toiletries dispenser was empty of shower gel and shampoo, there was a broken toilet seat, the balcony terrace was not cleaned and the safe not operational. There was also a power cut so the lift was out of order so we had to take our luggage up 3 flights of stairs and no thought of staff offering us a drink of water on arrival after our journey. The staff on duty are very inexperienced and lack any proper hospitality training. The receptionist has to multi task the desk, opening the door, serving breakfast and there was no one overseeing matters. When we reported our room issues other than a toilet roll replaced we were told that the shorty gel could not be resolved until the following day! Looking at previous reviews the same problems were faced by other guests and obviously they had been ignored as we experienced the same issues on arrival.

La posizione, a qualche minuto di cammino da Don Julio.
La struttura non è molto moderna, né funzionale. Esempio, impossibile caricare il telefono vicino al letto, oppure fare il bidet senza spostare il cestino del bagno.

La tercera cama muy incomoda. Un sofá que no condecía con lo pagado. Tranquilamente entra una cama de una plaza . Faltaba elementos de aseo y toallas.
Great location within easy walking distance to lots of attractions and restaurants.

Clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, friendly staff. Top floor room has a lovely balcony ( but you’ll have to carry your bags up the last bit).
Caveats: lift can be a little noisy
Central position close to all of the restaurants etc that palermo offers.
This is just a general observation about breakfast. All of the staff we found very good but i felt sorry for the staff member around breakfast time as she was there to take irders and serve breakfast but she was also looking after reception. The door to the hotel remains locked so people leaving or entering need to have the electronic lock opened. So at breakfast the member of staff has, occasionally to leave attending guests over breakfast to attend reception and there were a couple of mornings that were busy in reception so serving breakfast suffered. A small point and i hope constructive. As can be seen from our general review we loved the hitel and would fully recommend.
The hotel and wine tasting were outstanding! The hotel staff was honest and attentive. They were very helpful with all of our questions. The wine Sommelier was so knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the wine tasting and learned so much about wine and how well cheese changes the flavor of the wine! It was a the perfect combination of comfort, boutique feel, and sophistication!

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Die Lage war super, vieles zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Bar ist nett und es gibt täglich Weinproben.

Our sommelier was just the best- she had so much history and information that it was a fabulous experience! Delicious wines and new wines we’ve never tried!!

Some staff were nice but not solution focused. Very amateur.
Faulty shower dispensers meant we didn’t have access to shower gel whilst staying the property. The blinds were also a faff, once you rolled them down, no one, including the staff or the maid could roll them back up which surprised us. The safe was playing up, batteries had gone so we had to have a key and carry it around with us from check in. The safe was extremely small as well. It’s a weird setup there. You have to be let out of the hotel as the only entrance is always locked, which is concerning as it’s a massive fire hazard. Yes there’s staff around 24 hours but having to ask to be let out or having to use the buzzer to be let in, bizarre. We were really looking forward to this stay but it was very expensive for what we got and with such a young and inexperienced staff team, you need to provided a better service for your customers.
