Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, äußerst kreativ und sympathisch. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern. Am besten hat mir die geräuschlose Klimatisierung des Zimmers gefallen. Es waren konstant 20 Grad, das Zimmer musste nie erst nach Rückkehr wieder runter gekühlt werden!

Wij hadden heel weinig tijd om uit te rusten maar dit was puur genieten!

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Super fijn zwembad en heel mooie kamers! Zeker een aanrader om op het dakterras te gaan eten ook, het eten was uitstekend

Cons:

Het ontbijt mag misschien iets uitgebreider of net wat langer aanvullen. Wij gingen vaak later ontbijten (nog binnen de uren) maar we merkte hoe later we gingen, hoe minder er was en het werd toen niet aangevuld (misschien hadden we gewoon net pech). Het was wel enorm lekker allemaal dus kwalitatief zeker top!

A very nice calm hotel at a good location with clean rooms! Everything works well and the people there are accommodating

The air conditioner worked very well, rooms were clean and modern and staff was able to assist with activities and itienary!

Cons:

The restaurant of the hotel was not very good, neither the service there and breakfast buffet was not really worth the price.

Die Bilder täuschen leider über die Realität
Pros:

Das Zimmer, (war leider ohne Seeblick), aber dennoch modern und gut eingerichtet. Frühstück o.k.

Cons:

Zimmer mit Seeblick gebucht und bezahlt, stattdessen nur Hofseite erhalten. das Schwimmbad ist recht klein die Parkplatzsituation schwierig. Adults only ist ein Fake (am Schwimmbad steht Kinder nur unter Aufsicht). Viel zu teuer für die gebotene Leistung, da gibt es am Gardasee deutlich bessere Hotels zu günstigeren Preisen. Der Salat war tatsächlich vergammelt, Im Obstsalat zahlreiche Obstfliegen, wäre alles tolerierbar aber nicht zu diesen völlig überzogenen Preisen.

Wunderschöne entspannte Tage am Garda See
Pros:

Wunderschönes Inhaber geführtes Hotel. Gute Lage man ist schnell an der Promenade oder im Ort zum bummeln und genießen. Auf der großen Dachterrasse kann man beim Abendessen den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Man hat die Wahl zwischen Menü und a la carte. Toller Ausblick über den See. Gute Küche und freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool ist ausreichend und sehr erfrischend. Wer mag kann auch einen Aussenwhirlpool benutzen.

Cons:

Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu kritisieren. Auf der Dachterrasse muss man je nach Wetter mit Wind rechnen. Es kann also auch im Sommer eine Jacke oder Hosen empfehlenswert sein.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, der große Balkon, die bequemen Betten, das großartige Frühstück, der Pool klein aber fein.

Cons:

In dem Preis Segment hätte das abgebröckelte Material im Fußboden der Dusche vorher repariert gehört. Der Jacuzzi war nicht besonders gepflegt und der Sprudel hat auch nicht funktioniert. Beim Frühstück wäre fein gewesen, wenn zumindestens Tassen und Orangensaft zur freien Entnahme gewesen wären, man hat vieles extra bestellen müssen, zwar kostenfrei, aber aufwendig.
