Osage Casino Hotel - Ponca City

Security was really cool and constantly surveying the area. Made me feel safe and content. The rooms were a bit on the small side but beautiful and still spacious enough to move around. Definitely go for the double bed room if you need a rollaway. Because those are not the most comfortable. Hotel gets 5 stars from me!

Very nice. Shower was amazing and big. Very comfortable. Easy to find. Nice casino attached. Nice staff.

At check in I found out that Expedia over booked my king suite and never let me know. So at check in I was bumped down to a double basic room. But that wasn’t the casino fault. I will book directly with the casino in the future.

We had a great stay! The room was big, clean, and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and very attentive. We got food from the bar and it was very good.

They left the very loud music out by the pool in all night. I had to call at 4 in the morning to ask them to turn it off

The room was a good size but VERY dark.

Excellent location. Excellent room Helpful and courteous staff at check in and check out. Breakfast needs improvement. There was only oatmeal as a hot option. Other than that, there were bagels, assorted rolls, and cold cereals. Please offer hot options like eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, and--very important--fresh fruit. There was no fresh fruit at all. Other hotels like La Quinta, Holiday Inn Express, Days Inn, Fairfield, and others, offer hot breakfast options and fresh fruit. Put some apples, oranges, and bananas out for guests, please. The pool looked beautiful, although I did not use it. Great convenience store with gas station just next door. Room was excellent. Very secure and safe. Only thing is because it's a casino is that the2 front lobby is horribly stinky from cigarette smoke. It was nauseating and overpowering. Please look into an upgraded air filtering and cleaning system. The hotel itself is wonderful. No smoking allowed in hotel room section. But, walking through the stinky lobby is a definite negative.

The rooms are just outstanding. Having a sitting area seperate from the beds was very nice. Reserved a king size bed but was told only 2 doubles was available. Was told that was the only option. Somewhere something got crossed.

Clean room and friendly desk and housekeeping staff.
Waited for service in the dining area. But after 15 minutes and nobody greeting, I left and got take out.
