Pros:

L'hôtel est situé en pleine nature, très beau endroit, de construction traditionnelle et élégante. Le parking est gratuit, les chiens sont admis. Le matin il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude à cause d'un problème avec la chaudière, mais le personnel de l'hôtel nous a aidés à trouver une solution.

Cons:

L'adresse indiquée sur Booking est ou était incorrecte, donc trouver l'hôtel était très compliqué. L'hôtel est situé dans une région vallonnée et isolée, parsemée de chemins de terre, parfois impraticables en voiture. La route vers l'hôtel est non asphaltée sur environ 600 mètres et est bien praticable, mais le GPS vous dirige souvent vers autres chemins et le personnel de l'hôtel a du mal, par téléphone, à vous localiser et à vous recommander le bon itinéraire. Les indications fournies lors de la réservation pourraient être améliorées. Les frais pour animaux de compagnie sont élevés étant donné que le carlage est en terre cuite (il n'y a pas de moquette) et qu'aucun bol, panier ou autre accessoire n'est fourni.

Mostly good!
Pros:

Lovely building, in a beautiful position overlooking the landscape. Excellent walking area, with lots of laid out paths.

Cons:

This property is quite remote and located from a gravel track, which is totally fine, but unfortunately we stayed when the restaurant was closed for staff holidays! although “restaurant” is listed in the property details. That meant we had to drive into Toledo at night, find a parking spot and restaurant to eat, which wasn’t ideal. We specifically booked the hotel on its previous reviews and location, we would have expected to be notified if any of the facilities were closed.
Also unfortunately the hot water was used up quickly by other guests, which meant a cold shower in the morning!
So although we were disappointed this time, if in the area again because of the location subject to asking confirmation on the facilities being open we would give it a second chance and stay again.
So if you want to have a peaceful, stressless stay and no driving at night check with the hotel before booking. Otherwise book a hotel in Toledo and eat there, it’s beautiful and saves travelling in at night.

Uma estadia magnífica, com todo o conforto, tranquilidade e uma receção muito atenciosa.
Pros:

Adorámos desde o momento em que chegámos ao local. Inicialmente não conseguíamos entrar, mas ligámos para o número que nos tinha enviado mensagem e ajudaram-nos de imediato. Encontrámos facilmente o quarto e, ao abrir a porta, tínhamos as toalhas preparadas e um doce à nossa espera, o que foi um gesto muito simpático. As camas eram super confortáveis, o aquecimento era incrível e o sossego era absoluto. Foi uma experiência magnífica num espaço incrível. Adorámos e voltaremos lá um dia, sem dúvida. super acolhedor
