Pros:

What we enjoyed most was the location and the atmosphere. The hotel is situated among residential buildings, which gives you a nice opportunity to experience the everyday life of the local people and get a more authentic feel for the destination. It was interesting and pleasant to see how the locals live and to experience the neighbourhood beyond the typical tourist areas.

The staff were absolutely wonderful — very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist. Their kindness and hospitality really made our stay special.

In general, my stay was OK, but the way the receptionist handled checkout bothered me.
Pros:

The location is very good. It is about 5 minutes walking from the railway station and 15 minutes drive to the old city. The room is quite good, but I had some noise from outside the hotel till 10 PM on the first day only. The staff, Othman and Monia, were very helpful and nice all the time.

Cons:

I am writing to formally address an unsatisfactory experience with a receptionist, Mr. Monier, during checkout. Despite my reservation confirmation clearly stating that I had prepaid through Booking.com, including all taxes, he insisted that I pay the city tax again-an additional €6 (charged as 80 dirhams).

As I was in a hurry to catch my train, I reluctantly paid the amount to avoid further delay or dispute. I find this practice misleading and concerning, as it reflects poorly on both the hotel and Booking.com.

I kindly ask Booking.com to investigate this overcharge with the hotel management and take appropriate action to prevent other travelers from experiencing the same inconvenience.

Expérience très décevante lors de mon séjour en chambre pour deux personnes.
​Accueil et service : Personne en charge des petits déjeuners très antipathique.
​Prestations non respectées : Un seul petit déjeuner fourni pour une réservation de deux personnes (seulement un pain au chocolat, un pain au raisin et une miche de pain pour deux au lieu de doubler les quantités).
​Propreté et hygiène inacceptables : Vaisselle sale, verres sales servis qu'il a fallu relaver soi-même dans la chambre, et salière en plastique répugnante avec des traces noires, contenant du sel sale.
