Amabilité du personnel
Départ tardif. J'avais quitté la chambre à 12h00 puis j'ai pu laissé mon bagage pour aller faire une course. Je suis retournée à 14h00 pour travailler jusqu'à 16h00. L’hôtel m'a proposé l'espace tisanerie avec amabilité. J'avais besoin de charger mon PC, ils ont fait en sorte de me trouver une solution. Je leur remercie pour ce geste et cette compréhension parfaite de la situation.

Short stay in Fes
Pros:

The location was great as it was within walking distance from the train station and good access into the town centre too. The staff, especially the receptionist (apologies as I didn’t ask his name) was a lovely gentleman who always had a welcoming and warm smile if you passed by. He ensured he served breakfast himself in case the chef wasn’t around.
