La propreté et l'emplacement au centre.
La gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Il y avait une fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain. Obligée d'éponger l'eau après chaque douche pour qu'elle ne rentre pas dans la chambre. J'ai signalé ce problème, mais rien n'était fait. Dommage !

Pros:

L'hôtel était très propre, bien situé et surtout le personnel était très accueillant, chaleureux et souriant. Les personnes qui étaient à l'accueil et au service du petit déjeuner étaient extraordinaires. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux, très bon et servi bien chaud. Un grand merci!

Idéal pour les voyageurs par train, l'hôtel est à quelques pas de la gare de fes.
Le personnel à l'accueil et le monsieur de la salle du thé sont gentils et professionnels.
