Perfect pit stop in St Helena
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. The staff were all great.

Cons:

It was exactly what we needed for a quick one night stay in the center of town. One of the most important things for us is to have a clean space and comfortable bed, which yours was a 10/10.

Charming hotel. Would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of St Helena. A historical building made into a beautiful hotel with modern finishes that nod to the rustic cowboy. We loved the large room with oversized leather chair & cow hyde ottoman, comfortable bed, Nespresso machine in room with real half & half in the mini fridge (as well as waters, Pellegrino & Izzy’s).
Fresh baked chocolate chip cookies before bedtime were incredible!
The included breakfast was delicious! Love the Model Bakery English muffins, fruit, locally made yoghurt, granola. The staff were all so friendly & helpful and we even chatted with one of the partner owners about the history of the building. Comfortable and clean accommodation. Highly recommended!

Cons:

We were unable to check in an hour early.
The road noise in the morning. (We sleep with ear plugs but still quite loud from room 4)

Perfect for our quick Napa getaway
Pros:

What a beautiful place. Elegant (and spacious!) room, luxurious bed, incredibly friendly staff. The breakfast was perfectly tasteful, fresh, and satisfying--exactly what you need before a day in wine country (or after 😉). The warm cookies every evening were such a nice touch. We even left something in our room and they were so communicative and helpful and prompt getting it returned to us. 10/10 will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Can't think of any negatives...maybe the $25/day "amenities fee" that wasn't mentioned anywhere (usually is at least listed, in my experience, as a "pay at property" line when booking--maybe just needs to be updated). Not necessarily a negative--just should be factored in when comparing.

A gem of a hotel
Pros:

We really loved this hotel. Staff were all amazing! Rooms were well cleaned. There was attention to detail in everything down to the little things. We got a glass of wine of arrival and the warm cookies and water provided was a great little touch and much appreciated after a day of wine tasting. Molton brown products in the bathrooms were lovely and the breakfast featured local produce which we found amazing too. There is a health spa just down the road which we also got free access to that had an outdoor heated pool, jacuzzi and gym. Couldn’t fault this hotel. Location wise it was also great, vineyards we wanted to go to were only a short taxi ride. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Pros:

The room was clean and spacious and the location was great! We walked to dinner at Farmstead and cocktails at Charlies.

Cons:

Breakfast was included, but we didn't know that there was a chalkboard on one side of the breakfast area that had a few extra items on it. We did enjoy an english muffin and yogurt. Great Coffee!

Fabulous downtown hotel in Saint Helena
Pros:

Great location in downtown St Helena to walk to restaurants and shops. Very friendly check in staff offered us a glass of wine and there were cookies in the lobby when we returned from dinner. Really yummy breakfast with Modal bakery granola, english muffins, yogurt, pastries and egg bites. Definitely will stay here again- great value in the wine country!
