No Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in the hotel. A $300.00 cleaning fee will be assessed if management determines that a pet is or has been in the room.
No Smoking Policy: Wydown Hotel is a nonsmoking establishment. A $300.00 cleaning fee will be assessed for any detection that a guest is or has been smoking within the building.
Incidental Charges: Any incidental charges will be charged directly to the guest upon discovery of any damages to the property by guest or visitors upon check out.

The location is great as well as the price!
Having the door key on the phone was a bit of a pain..sometimes it took several tries to get it to connect to unlock the door.
Also a bit noisy with early morning street traffic but the front desk had ear plugs which helped a lot!

One of the best locations. The breakfast from model bakery was fantastic. The host made homemade Chocolate Chip cookies that smelled and tasted incredible.

Great boutique hotel located near restaurants and shopping. Rooms were comfortable with nice amenities. Staff was excellent, friendly. Breakfast was tasty with a variety of foods including egg bites, English muffins, yogurt. Parking in rear was convenient for touring napa. Would stay here again

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of St Helena. A historical building made into a beautiful hotel with modern finishes that nod to the rustic cowboy. We loved the large room with oversized leather chair & cow hyde ottoman, comfortable bed, Nespresso machine in room with real half & half in the mini fridge (as well as waters, Pellegrino & Izzy’s).
Fresh baked chocolate chip cookies before bedtime were incredible!
The included breakfast was delicious! Love the Model Bakery English muffins, fruit, locally made yoghurt, granola. The staff were all so friendly & helpful and we even chatted with one of the partner owners about the history of the building. Comfortable and clean accommodation. Highly recommended!
