We stayed here for a week, and cannot speak high enough of our experience here! The staff and service were beyond exceptional, and this was the best service we have ever experienced anywhere we have stayed. The breakfast buffet is out of this world. Big thanks to the chefs, kitchen staff and breakfast servers who made our little girl feel like a princess every day at breakfast!!
I booked a 2 bed room through hotels.com and prepaid, arrived off a flight just before midnight and was told there is no 2 beds room available. I was forced to pay the hotel even more then my original booking for a 2 bed room stay.
I basically payed twice, since that point and multiple chases ups, i get a response stating that there is nothing they can do. So much for long term loyalty.

Early check-in provided at 0800am being off-season, fantastic staff that went out of their way to make the stay comfortable from start to finish. Terrific value hotel with excellent amenities.

Hotel is in excellent condition, reception staff Mr malak and Mohamed hamid were amazing they went above and beyond in facilitating early check in and late check out, they made the experience started and ended with a very satisfactory result.
