The TV in my room wouldn't come on, probably dead batteries in the remote. Also, when I made the reservations through Hotels.com, it reserved only one room. I thought I had canceled it and confirmed that with hotel personnel, and then redid it (somehow through Expedia) and correctly reserved 3 rooms. After much conversation with lots of people, it appears I'm STILL getting charged for the incorrect room. I'm going to call my credit card company and see what they can do about it, but I absolutely need that reservation refunded to me because I did everything in my power to cancel it way ahead of time.

Would not stay here again.

Not a lot I was a fan of.

Cons:

The ladies at check-in (approximately 11p) were talking about how they weren’t going to finish laundry and let it sit and how there were two pet rooms that were stayed in and needed cleaned, but they weren’t going to clean them. It could be saved for someone else. That is gross. Those pets could’ve had fleas or anything else. I also saw a baby cockroach in the lobby and felt the need to check our room for bedbugs. When we opened the sofa bed, there were crumbs all over the sheets obviously letting us know that it hadn’t been cleaned. My husband also found two socks under the sofa that were not ours.

It was horrible, and I will never stay there again

The layout of the room was nice

Cons:

The manager, the staff and an emergency was hounded very poorly. The management staff did not know how to handle a evacuation of a facility in case of a fire.

The room was a little messy by the window, and there was a bug in one of the lamp shades. It was by far the cleanest I've seen since traveling.
