Tres bien
Pros:

Tres joli patio, belle chambre et personnels sympa.

Cons:

Chambre au rez-de-chaussée un peu bruyante .
Et petit déjeuner moyen , notamment le café.

le camere sono grandi ed arredate benissimo; tutto l'hotel è molto bello, con il cortile/salone centrale ed intorno tutte le camere; la posizione centrale è comodissima;

Cons:

il ragazzo con gli occhiali alla reception è stato molto altezzoso e maleducato; si dovrebbe ricordare quale è la sua mansione e posizione; le camere non hanno riscaldamento, che in questo periodo sarebbe necessario; magari un termoconvettore; la colazione è un po' tirata;

Bello hotel en el corazon de San Cristobal
Pros:

EXCELENTE UBICACION, las instalaciones muy bonitas. Nos tuvimos que quedar 1 dia mas y fueron muy accesibles en brindarnosla. Solo no nos dieron el cuarto en planta alta que especifiamos jaja pero 100% volveremos

Cons:

todo muy bien! Si a caso nos hubiera gustadi que tomaran mas en cuenta la peticion que hicimos de estar en planta alta.

El hotel está lindo y el peraonal sumamente atento. El.hotel esta a 2 cuadras del zócalo, esta cerca de muchos restaurantes, tiendas, cafés y bares.

Ci ritornerei senza dubbio.
Pros:

Le parti comuni e le camere sono molto belli e curati nei dettagli. Arredo di qualità in stile tipico messicano.
Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda o dubbio.
Abbiamo prenotato un tour tramite loro per visitare il canyon del Sumidero.
L'hotel si trova vicinissimo alla calle real de Guadalupe

Cons:

Peccato che la colazione non fosse inclusa nel prezzo della camera.

Muy acogedor
Pros:

Un hotel muy acogedor y cómodo a tan solo 2 cuadras y media del centro, con Estacionamiento... reservamos el departamento familiar y no dejó nada qué desear, volveremos a hospedarnos aquí. El personal es muy atento y servicial.

La posizione é in pieno centro, ottima per visitare San Cristóbal.

Cons:

La nostra stanza aveva una perdita al lavandino, aprendo l’acqua si allagava, abbiamo segnalato alla reception il problema e dopo tanto tempo (facendoci uscire quindi tardi proprio alla vigilia di capodanno e dopo un lungo viaggio) molto scocciati sono venuti a mettere del silicone che non ha risolto il problema. In aggiunta lo scarico del wc era difettoso e rumoroso. Per completare il tutto la stanza è fredda, sporca e gli asciugamani avevano macchie gialle ovunque.
Non tornerei in questa struttura anche se dal punto di vista architettonico è molto bella, c’è bisogno di manutenzione e soprattutto cortesia verso il cliente.

不満は残るが、雰囲気は最高。サンクリストバル散策にはとても便利だった。
Pros:

とてもオシャレな空間で、調度品などのセンスもとても良い。ロケーションは最高でした。

Cons:

バスタブ付きの部屋を頼んだが、バスの栓が閉まらない、バスタブの隙間から水が漏るなどで部屋を替えてもらった。しかし、バスタブ付きがなく、差額も返してもらえなかった。替わった部屋もドライヤーが使えないトラブルあり。代わりに貸してもらったものも2日目から故障した。

Authentic hotel with the vibe, avoid first floor
Pros:

The authenticity. The beds were comfy and room itself clean, but a bit cold.

Cons:

We had room 102, close to reception and it was noisy. We heard all people checking in and out early in the morning and late at night. Breakfast could have been better, small portions - better to offer buffet.
