Location and easy to book.

Cons:

Place needs a revamp/upgrade.
Definitely needs a new lift as I got stuck in the lift and had to call for help. That lift is very dangerous

Whilse the facilities in the room was ok I was disappointed

The fact that I was told a member of staff forgot to book rooms close to one another. We were booked on different floors 😩😡

Bad Experience
Pros:

Reception knew we were coming.

Cons:

Location right next to the highway, was very, very noisy so we got no sleep! Asked for a room when we returned a week later, that was further away from road but we got a room right on the road again! The room was antiquated, linen was tired, only one plug on the floor for the kettle, no charging point for a cellphone and no adapters. Pouring with rain so we had to walk on very wet tiles outside to the room, husband not too mobile, walks with a stick. Lift broken. Fight/argument broke out at 3am, very loud that it woke us up. We were petrified for fear of being attacked, it was that bad! No burglar proofing with windows that barely closed and close to the ground in a very scary area. Aircon did not work, remote for TV does not work. All in all, a bad experience.

Good value for money
Pros:

Close to the airport. Place was clean and comfortable.
we stayed overnight only because we had a flight to catch the next morning.
