Not so good. No customer service

Very near to city centre easily walkable distance of 1 km to banks, ATM, restaurants, Small local supermarkets. Local taxis eg Grab, Maxim provides affordable transport instead of relying on buses.
Free breakfast is of buffet type & value for money. Breakfast staff are very welcoming & ready to help should you need any.
Worth for the price paid (RM80) per night for a double bed (Queen) room. Room is clean and towel provided. The bathroom is spacious which shower and toilet bowl is separated. There is a water machine available. Check in is fast. The hotel require key card to tap in.

This Hotel 98 was previously known as 360Xpress Citycenter. I was informed by the hotel staff that this Hotel was refurbished in April 2023 and started operating under Hotel 98 in Aug 2023. What a refreshed hotel! New look and feel at the lobby, new mattresses, pillows, aircon and the entire hotel is brighten up. Water dispensers at corridor and conveniently to dispense hot, cold or room temperature water. This hotel also practice "say No to single use plastic" which is very encouraging. In the lobby they have good selection of stuff from the vending machines and also 2 massage chairs. I was informed that very soon they will have a cafe in the hotel. Good price and difinitely value for money... I love their tagline - big in simplicity, small in price!

A good and a clean hotel. Doesnt tear your wallet. Definitely a hotel to stay when you don’t want to spend so much on a hotel.
Reasonable price
i check in and less than 30 minutes i check out due to the once i entered the room feel the room smelly and uncomfortable and want to On the TV set without the TV control set.

No frills budget hotel.
When checked in and ask for mineral water which normally been provided. But was told that mineral water are run out and no stock. Asked the reception to go out and purchase but just denied. The nite counter service is terrible.
Nice place to stay would tell friends about it n surely will come back again
