L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour les visites touristiques, à proximité des transports. L'endroit est calme. Le personnel est agréable et arrangeant. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et correct.

The room was very tiny. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. A/C worked. However, check in process was tricky. No staff anywhere on the property. You have to go across to a diffrent property to check in. Incentive..They provided breakfast.

This property is annexed from a seperate hotel opposite. The location is fantastic and our room was quirky with its decor, although comically small and without any thrills.

We had issues with the included breakfast, it closes at 10 o'clock, but from 0900 until close the restaurant area couldnt cope with the footfall and we actually did'nt get to eat on either of our visits.

This is not a luxury stay, but well recommended for its location.

Ideal location, clean overall and air conditioning was appreciated. Able to use only one plug as EU fit was too big as pins need to be thinner.

The location is fantastic, very convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and had a pleasant smell, which added to the comfort of my stay.
However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The mattress was not as comfortable as I had hoped, and I was disappointed to find there was no laundry service available. Additionally, I encountered a few mosquitoes during my stay.

Despite these minor issues, I believe the experience was worth the amount I paid. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, ambiance, and prime location.

Great place in the heart of Venice, perfect for solo travellers. Can’t complain about a private room with a free breakfast. Would stay again

L'hôtel est vraiment défraichi. La première chambre qui nous a été attribué, il manquait la porte pour la douche. On nous a changé de chambre, mais c'était tout aussi délabré. Il y a des tâches partout. Les matelas de lit sont extrêmement minces. Pour le prix, c'est surprenant à quel point la chambre est en mauvais état. Les oreillers sont très très durs. Le déjeuners est ok, mais très de base.

Kunne godt bruge lidt bedre information om indtjekning, da dette ikke sker på selve opholdsstedet. Virker mere som et anneks, man opbevarer møbler på, til det hotel man tjekker ind på.
Men hyggeligt indrettet og mega centralt.

Perfekt läge för att utforska Venedig. Ligger på en hyfsat lugn gata. Vi är nöjda med tanke på läget och vad vi betalade för boendet.

Le lit était ferme mais confortable.
Le petit déj de qualité moyenne mais très copieux et dans un cadre très agréable.

First thing to note: Check in diagonally across from the place, next door to the hotel with the yellow and blue chairs. Look for the stairs with the red carpet! We got in past midnight and there was still a friendly receptionist ready to greet us. The actual hotel across the street does seem abandoned, but it's nothing to worry about. For the room, the only thing that stood out was how hard the pillows were (still slept just fine). Personally, the mattress was a little too soft, but that varies from person to person anyways. There was functioning AC here that I looked forward to the second I stepped out onto the street. Location wise, it's pretty good! There's two public ferry stations nearby and you're close to a beautiful bridge over the Grand Canal (go at sunset!) The walk from the main station is doable too, even with a big backpack on. I think the breakfast there is complimentary and the service there was good. The food itself isn't anything noteworthy, but it is all you can eat. I'd book it again.

The location was great. The room was beautiful, although light fixtures were falling apart and taped back together. There was standing water in the shower, which gave the room a slightly bad/moldy smell. Service was quick. Breakfast was amazing. Beautiful-looking hotel overall. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. The outdoor seating area was nice.

Excellent location for center of what is going on. Excellent restaruants, top notch Gongola rides and easy to not get lost.

Hôtel idéalement situé : 2 pas des navettes fluviales et des zones touristiques. Chambre ancienne ou vintage mais très fidèle à la photo. Le partage de la réception avec le Belle Arti et l’accueil très froid sont les seuls bémols.

We stayed as a family of 4. We had to get key from the property opposite to the property. But the property was easily walkable from vaperroto. Very good location. The room was spacious. Only thing was ac wasn't working properly. The day we went was raining so dint require.
