We had great time here
Pros:

We've had the most wonderful time here. For a family of four this is a top choice to stay in the south Garda area. The house itself is beautiful, our apartment was big enough and very comfortable, we had everything that we needed. The location is also fantastic, it's positioned so well so you can easily reach places like Sirmione, Bardolino or Lazise, and the Gardaland is 10 minutes away (which is important if you're traveling with kids). But even the town of Colà surprised us, with so many beautiful corners and streets. We had great communication with the hosts.

Cons:

All good, hopefully we will visit this place again one day.

Pros:

Beautiful, well equiped and well maintained. Very comfortable appartments. Pleasant and friendly owner. Easy access to Verona, the amusement parks, the entire Garda Lake east coast and to the mountains

Charming villa style apartment
Pros:

The apartment is nice and cosy, has everything you need, has underground garage, great location, but only if traveling by car, there is a supermarket and multiple restaurants within the walking distance. There is also a pool, water, at least in summer, is warm, so perfect for kids. Has AC.

Cons:

The negatives do not affect our score nor are fault of the owners, but something good to know & keep in mind before going:

- The building is nice as such, but not new, so the sound isolation is terrible. You can hear everything, including the neighbours bathroom, TV, and what they talk about.
- The kitchen is fully equiped with tools, but lack basic generic cooking ingredients like salt, pepper, oil.
- High humidity in the apartment.
- Difficult access to the parking garage, narrow & steep. Not for unexperienced/new drivers.

tolle, modernisierte Ferienwohnung im rustikalen Stiel
Pros:

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Das alte Haus wurde wirklich perfekt und liebevoll saniert. Durch die dicken Wände braucht man keine Klimaanlage - es war immer angenehm kühl in der Ferienwohnung.

Cons:

Die Öffnungszeiten vom Pool waren nicht optimal. Wenn man tagsüber unterwegs war, ist abends der Pool bereits geschlossen.
