Mitarbeiter 10/10! Danke euch!
Pros:

Uns hat das Personal an der Rezeption sehr gut gefallen! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt.
Das Essen in Hotel ist war auch sehr lecker, als Hotelgast erhält man 10% Rabatt. Dadurch sind die Preise aufjedenfall vertretbar. Die Massage im Hotel war auch sehr gut. Insgesamt ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit unseres Zimmers war zu Beginn nicht zufriedenstellend. Das Personal war aber sehr bemüht und die Putzkraft haben sofort das Zimmer geputzt und die Flecken entfernt. Das Hotel liegt ein wenig abseits, aber mit einem Roller ist die Innenstadt in 10 min zu erreichen. Ansonsten fahren hier auch Tuk Tuks in die Stadt (Preis 100 Baht pro Person). Wir sind immer zum Chaweng Beach gefahren, weil der Hotel Strandabschnitt überflutet war (Reisezeit Anfang Februar).

Extrem liebes Personal!

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal – unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man hat sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls richtig gut mit sehr großer Auswahl. Es gab viele warme und kalte Speisen sowie Obst, Gemüse und weitere frische Optionen. Der Fokus lag eher auf thailändischem bzw. asiatischem Frühstück als auf klassisch europäischem, was wir aber als sehr interessant und lecker empfunden haben.

Die Poolanlage war sehr gemütlich und schön gestaltet – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Cocktails an der Bar waren hervorragend und sehr lecker. Insgesamt hat man überall gemerkt, dass sich das Team viel Mühe gibt.

Die Zimmer wurden jeden Morgen gründlich gereinigt und waren immer sehr sauber. Zusätzlich habe ich vor Ort eine Massage machen lassen – die Preise waren überraschend günstig und die Qualität wirklich hervorragend.

Insgesamt war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

Good value for money. The hotel upgraded our room to room with sea view and they brought us a wine bottle, whar was really nice.
Good breakfast, big room and the design of the hotel is amazing! We had a great stay.
