We hebben ons een week als echte gasten gevoeld in dit goed geacommodeerde en uiterst vriendelijke hotel.
Pros:

De locatie was fantastisch. Op loopafstand van de piste en de oude stadskern met haar mooie winkelstraten en restaurants. Het personeel was zonder uitzondering erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Gedurende een paar dagen was het hotel vol met families. Dit levert bij het ontbijt en diner een bijzonder luidruchtig Italiaans spektakel op. Bijzonder om dit een keer mee te maken, maar voor ons reden om te dineren in een van de gezellige nabije Italiaanse restaurants.

Wonderful location! Nice staff. Yummy breakfast spread every morning.
Pros:

The location was amazing! We were right across the street from the Olympic venue and really close to several good restaurants. It was an easy walk into the center of the city.

Cons:

There was a high school ski group from England staying the same week. The teenagers were very noisy. I also think that parking should have been free.

Piacevole fuga in montagna

Ho soggiorno all’Hotel Derby per una notte insieme alla mia compagna per un viaggio di piacere (volevamo goderci un pò la montagna e le terme). La struttura è eccezionale! E non mi riferisco solo alla struttura in sè e ai servizi offerti, ma soprattutto al personale. Onestamente non ho ben compreso quelle poche recensioni negative che ho letto. Le ragazze al desk sono gentilissime e molto attente alle richieste dei clienti, le operatrici addette alla sistemazione delle camera sono impeccabili (sempre sorridenti, accoglienti e salutano sempre!), I proprietari si presentano sempre e sono molto accoglienti. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la presenza di una Signora anziana che la mattina ci ha accolto con un grande sorriso dandoci il buongiorno e cercando di scambiare due parole piacevoli. Per quanto riguarda le camere, nulla da dire! Pulite e splendenti in ogni angolo, letti comodissimi e vista mozzafiato! Avevamo la possibilità di ammirare le montagne o la pista di discesa degli sciatori. La colazione è stata altrettanto eccellente: ben fornita, di alta qualità e possibilità di degustare torte tipiche del posto. Ma ciò che ha reso unico il nostro soggiorno è stata l’atmosfera accogliente e la tipologia di arredo (legno ovunque, curato e ben trattato). La sala per la colazione era incantevole. Le camere, infine, sono molto ampie e nonostante sia presente la moquette, questa era pulitissima e curata in ogni dettaglio. La struttura ha anche una SPA con piscina all’interno, che non abbiamo usufruito essendo stati alle QC Terme bagni vecchi. Nei dintorni della struttura c’é tutto: alimentari, bar per aperitivi, qualche negozio, ecc. È molto vicina al centro e all’area di accesso per sciare. Hanno anche un parcheggio privato al coperto e all’’aperto. Torneremo sicuramente a soggiornare in questo posto meraviglioso per una futura fuga dalla città.

Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα σε άριστη τοποθεσία
Pros:

Μεγάλο διαμέρισμα, άνετο μπάνιο , πλήρες κουζίνα με όλα τα ηλεκτρικά , τεράστια κρεβατοκάμαρα, τεράστιο σαλόνι , πλυντήριο και στεγνωτήριο , καταπληκτική τοποθεσία . Θα ξαναπάω !

Posizione molto buona, facilmente raggiungibile

Cons:

La camera non era la stessa prenotata da Booking, le foto ritraevano una camera con balcone invece non é stato così, il bagno neanche a dirlo non era quello delle foto della prenotazione anzi era molto piccolo e sporco, capelli ovunque in doccia (minuscola) sul lavandino mensole e bidé.
Personale poco professionale, non per cattiveria o scortesia ma si denotava che non fossero del settore.
Colazione inclusa nel prezzo ma molto scarsa, assenza di caffé tutti dolci e torte comprate e poco di qualità. Per il prezzo che costa non ne vale la pena

Premetto che a fronte del prezzo pagato (€260 x 1 notte) la camera assegnataci era assolutamente inaccettabile. Un sottotetto grande 2mx2m con una finestrella minuscola che sembrava quella di un carcere. La 411 !!! C’erano pure 3 buchi nella porta! Boh!
Abbiamo chiesto un cambio camera e ci hanno mandato in un altra struttura.
Purtroppo anche in questo passaggio non si sono preoccupati di mantenere le richieste della nostra prenotazione, infatti abbiamo trovato una camera, si spaziosa, ma senza balcone e con letti separati. Fortunatamente la ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima ed ha fatto tutto il possibile per farci stare bene.
