Pros:

The property is outdated which really wasn’t an issue, the big issue is there was no WiFi access. The mini fridge was completely empty, when we messaged the front desk they said that they are not an “extremely inclusive resort” what ever that means. We went to have lunch and there was no food. My husband questioned the front desk and the young man was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. The MC for the live entertainment fat shamed my five year old son and hurt his feelings. They made my son uncomfortable, nothing in this world could have prepared me for this moment. One pillow per person was given, not enough towels. The list can go on. But the food was pretty good.

Pros:

Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü fakat otel de kadın erkek ayrı havuzlar mevcut ama havuzlar 17.30 da kapanıyor sonrasın da herhangi bir etkinlik veya farklı bir klimalı oturma alanı bile yok yemeklerde verilen içecekler makinalardan doldurularak alınıyor hepsi asitsiz yemekler konusunda evet sıcak ve günlük çıkıyor o konuda bir sıkıntı olduğunu düşünmüyorum ama otel eski bir otel bence gelişmesi gerekiyor bu kadar reklama rağmen yenilenmesi şart.
