Нас після прибуття пересилили в Готель Дербі, можливо там одна власниця. Номер дали хороший з балконом. На рахунок цього готелю неможу нажаль нічого сказати. В Дербі дуже сподобалось.

Hotel pessimo
Pros:

Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Soprattutto la Signora che ci ha accolto al check in!
Risolto problema camera in 10 minuti.

Cons:

Tutto il resto!
Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente spropositato.
Nessun confort in camera, neanche un banale sapone per le mani.
Moquette visibilmente sporca, cassetto comodino del letto rotto, ascensore da incubo e colazione alquanto scarsa e scadente (abbiamo visto le stesse torte secche per 5 mattine consecutive😅, cornetti finiti alle 09:00).
Non consiglio, neanche perché ultimo hotel disponibile.

personale assolutamente poco disponibile per qualsiasi tipo di informazione o richiesta
nonostante avessi prenotato con parcheggio gratuito davanti all'albergo volevano un pagamento (20€ al giorno), dopo insistenze perchè a parte 5 posti auto strettissimi non c'è altro, me l'hanno dato in un altro albergo a 1km di distanza.
rumore dell'ascensore insopportabile che entrava nelle camere fino a svegliarti tutte le volte che veniva utilizzato
non è presente ski room e gli sci o la tavola le devi tenere in auto quindi non puoi usufruire nemmeno dello Ski bus
finiture dell'albergo anni 70 tranne che per gli infissi recenti
caldo insopportabile senza alcuna possibilità di regolazione della temperatura in camera, acceso o spento
colazione mediocre nella qualità, solo il sabato era all'altezza
non c'è nemmeno un posto dedicato per il carico e lo scarico delle valige
la distanza dagli impianti non è 450 mt ma oltre 1,5 km

Il check-in era previsto dalle 14:00, ma al nostro arrivo alle 15:30 non vi era ancora certezza sulla disponibilità della stanza.
Il parcheggio a pagamento (20€ al giorno) risulta poco adeguato al costo richiesto: non è un’area realmente dedicata e presenta diverse criticità.
La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata: nella vetrinetta della reception erano presenti insetti morti.
Abbiamo prolungato il soggiorno di una notte senza difficoltà, ma senza alcuna flessibilità o attenzione commerciale da parte della proprietaria, considerando che il late check-out fino alle 16:00 è proposto a 50€ a persona, il prezzo non sorprende, ma resta sproporzionato rispetto alla struttura e ai servizi offerti.
Da segnalare inoltre il rumore dell’ascensore, che sembra un ex montacarichi: durante la notte era costantemente udibile e produceva forti rumori, simili allo spostamento di sedie e tavole, disturbando il riposo.
