Another wonderful stay in Candidasa
Pros:

This was our second stay in this hotel, after a wonderful stay last year. It did not disappoint. We requested the same room as last year and got it, which was very nice. The hotel facilities and the room with its view out over the sea to Nusa Penida was outstanding. What really makes this hotel exceptional are the staff as they are all very friendly and extremely helpful - for example my wife has numerous dietary restrictions and the staff in the restaurant went to great lengths to ensure that her food was prepared so that would be safe for her to eat. Without a doubt I would stay here again if and when I return to Candidasa.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was perfect.

A well run and very good value small hotel in a very relaxing environment.
Pros:

The rooms are large, well appointed and very clean. We had a first floor room that had a magnificent view but beware there is only stairs. The walk to the Main Street was easy via a lane way with some warungs and shops and it’s only 5 minutes to the world class Vincent’s restaurant. The pool area is good and we ate meals in the restaurant which was very good and good value.

Cons:

The works to the beach wall/walkway are unsightly but didn’t impact our stay, having said that it will be much better when finished.

Great location and amazing views, this is a great choice
Pros:

This property is in a fabulous location, away from the main road and within walking distance of many restaurants. It is a 20min drive to Virgin Beach and you can get a boat directly out the front to take you to the Blue Lagoon for snorkelling. It is also right next to a fabulous restaurant called Le Jardin which is highly recommended.
The view from the rooms is amazing and the property is good value. The bed was comfortable, the room is very clean and the aircon is great.

Cons:

The only thing that detracted from our stay was that the pool was green with algae so we were unable to use it for three days. It was back to blue on the day we left.

Fabulous small hotel right on the beach but close enough to walk to the main road area.

Cons:

Nothing really, there is some construction along the front as they are building a pathway all along the beachfront (not in front of the hotel while we were there) but it will be fabulous when it’s finished.

Gorgeous family run hotel on a lovely beach. Staff were exceptional. Large clean rooms all facing ocean. Delicious breakfast. Perfect location a short stroll from Main Street. Staff organised scooter for hire for getting around to other beaches and places of interest. Local fishermen launch each morning directly in front and happy to take passengers for snorkeling trips to nearby islands and blue lagoon ( thanks Kadek). Warung Moka short stroll towards main road, best steam MahiMahi I have ever had. Do yourself a favour and visit this small family warung - fabulous/delicious local food and western food if you don’t like local delicacy.

Cons:

The unfinished walk path between beach and hotel. Government taking way too long to complete the project. Not hotel owners fault. Will be great for the area once the project is completed.
