Pros:

Wonderful location, with fantastic views of the sea, and peaceful ocean sounds at night. Such a delight.
Amazing staff who made us feel most welcome.
Breakfast options were a good variety of a set menu.
Genggong was recommended to me and it did not disappointment! I too highly recommend this place to anyone wishing for a relaxing stay in Candidasa

Staff amazing, view magical a few hiccups along the way which put a dampener on our stay.

The staff are amazing, the view from our room magical

Cons:

The pool was out of action for 2 days, food from restaurant was not great, and we came home last night after being out since 3pm to be told we could not shower until after 10pm

Unglaublich freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Essen im Restaurant war auch mega lecker und man bekommt auch vegetarische und vegane Gerichte.
Pool ,Liegemöglichkeiten und Strandzugang war alles super. Also für ein paar Tage ist das super.

Tout est parfait dans cet hôtel. Le service est impeccable et la localisation. Très beau coucher de soleil en bonus. Le restaurant est très bon et c’est vraiment un plus. Hâte de revenir

Хороший тихий отел, нет столпотворения, приятно расслабляться

Тихий отель, чистые номера, хороший бассейн, вкусные ужины, приятный персонал, есть выход к океану
Если выехать на лодочке с пляжа, то можно поснорклить и посмотреть острова, которые видно с берега

Cons:

От зонтов получается мало тени и в солнечное время приходится уходить в номер
Не всегда еда на завтраке была качественной, видимо заказали редкое блюдо типа мюслей из овсянки, точно не помню название, но там были насекомые, нам быстро все переделали на другое блюдо
И один раз с потолка упал таракан на постель, но это тропики, а так насекомых было очень мало
Океан около отеля грязноват, но так везде

Over priced and disappointed at Candidasa and Sanur

The three excavators working from 8.00am till4.00/4.30 for my stay including Sunday. Most disturbing was when I booked with you I was not advised of the construction work taking place or offer me at worst a cheaper rate. Yesterday as previously booked with you , into the Parigata hotel at Sanur. I requested a ground level , quiet , non smoking room. YOU only requested the hotel provide a non- smoking room.They could only offer me a ground level unit at an increased cost per day of 100000 Rph!!!

Amazing view, very clean and great staff
Pros:

The view is incredible. We stayed on top level with sea view and slept with the sound of the waves crashing.. very good.The room is big enough and the balcony has a great view and very relaxing. Short scooter ride to great restaurants. They organised a scooter hire very quickly.

Just loved our stay at Genggong. So happy we found this Gem at Candidasa.

View was extraordinary... Beach swimmable at both low and high tides... Food good... Staff were a delight... Great breakfast... Beautiful gardens...
We have done lots of travel in Bali over the last 40 years and never stayed in Candidasa. What a surprise! Such a relaxed part of Bali. We love a slower pace these days, and Candidasa hit the spot for us. We loved our stay at Genggong... Many thanks to all the staff at this hotel. Your hospitality, kindness and beautiful smiles made us feel very welcomed.

Cons:

Only one thing I can say, and it is a critique that will elevate the atmosphere of your restaurant. Please replace those old worn-out placemats. They have had too much use. Also, maybe a flower, a nighttime a candle... on the table. It will add to the atmosphere of your lovely outdoor dining. Kind regards...Gary and Fin Crothall :)
