Perfect location

The only thing that ruffled my feathers was that they have new location for the office and when you actually use gps it takes you to the old office. Late check ins have no idea that there is another office to get their room key. That was upsetting but it all worked out at the end.

It was very, very dirty. We have stayed there for 40 years and it was never like this! New owners

We have stayed here for many years, but it is not the same. Just awful.

Very dirty rooms!!!

It was a pretty scenery.
But for inside the room it was dirty. And I was charged more money than what I was told

The address on our reservation was not the actual address which was locked and dark, apparently next door was the actual location. It eould have been nice to know that in advance. After we figured out the office next door was where we checked it...it too was locked and empty with a sign that they would be back shortly. Our key was in an envelope and taped to the window with my last name on it. So anyone would have come through and grabbed that key.
The room itself was simple and clean.
Close to the strip if you want to walk down.
I just wish there had been communication about check-in.

Pretty convenient location and walking distance to everything. Room had a mildew smell and air conditioner could have been better. Wasn't a bad place for the price and what it was needed for.

Older, convenient, big rooms, bottoms of toilet gross, pools weren't filled

The hotel was in perfect walking distance to downtown. It was very quiet there and the A/C was nice and cold and the room was very clean.

It was close to everything

My kids really enjoyed the pool. It was affordable and within walking distance to the gatlinburg strip.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and within walking distance to everything!

Very outdated. Toilet would not flush properly. Pillows were yellowed from oldness. Cracks in tile in bathroom. Coffeepot had old coffee still in it. Parking lot and hotel was very sketchy looking.

Room cost was affordable.The receptionist was friendly. Room was clean and A/C was cold. Within walking distance to town. Would stay here again

It was good every thing about it

The staff were very pleasant. The facility is very run down. Our room reeked of Ammonia/urine. And the bathroom walls looked liked someone had wiped poop on the walls.
