Originelles kleines Hotel, das sich erfrischend vom Mainstream abhebt
Pros:

Charmantes kleines Hotel in guter Lage, eingerichtet mit Antiquitäten. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Parkplatz direkt nebenan.

Cons:

Das Wlan in der dritten Etage war teilweise sehr langsam und setzte zeitweise aus.

Top: Parken, Zimmer, Betten, Bad, Personal, Frühstück Lage
Pros:

Hier stimmt einfach alles. Total süße Unterkunft mit richtig tollen, großen Betten. Das Frühstück war super und das Personal extrem nett. Richtig gut gelöst ist das mit dem Parken: Direkt nebenan ist ein sicheres, geschlossenes Parkhaus, in das man selbst reinfahren kann. Da man 24 Stunden am Tag einchecken kann, ist alles total flexibel und entspannt.

Muy bien pero cuidado con los horarios y servicio de limpieza

El hotel es muy bonito, bien ubicado y con buen servicio de checking y desayuno.

Cons:

Las normas y horarios eran confusas. No se nos informó de los horarios del desayuno al llegar ni en ningún mensaje. Solo lo ponía en letras pequeñas en el cartel de instrucciones. Tampoco lo ponía en la sala. El fin de semana era un horario entre semana era otro...

Tampoco nos informaron del uso del servicio de limpieza, estuvimos 3 días esperando a que limpiaran la habitación y toallas nuevas, con el cartel en la puerta, pero nadie nos había dicho ni vimos el cartel con claridad de que teníamos que avisar para que nos limpiaran la habitación... lo normal es que limpien todos los días...

Gute Lage, sauberes, schönes Hotel. Rezeptionistin hatte leider keinen guten Tag.
Pros:

Sehr schönes, britisch angehauchtes Hotel. Gute Lage. Preis-Leistung ist in Ordnung. Ich würde es wieder buchen für 2 3 Nächte in der Zukunft.

Cons:

Die etwas betagtere Dame an der Rezeption sollte dringend an ihrer Umgangsform und ihrem Ton arbeiten. Gerade beim Check-In zählt der erste Eindruck. Den hat Sie mit ihrer herrischen und eher abweisenden Art leider ruiniert. Die anderen beiden Rezeptionisten waren aber umso sympathischer und einfach entspannt, so wie es eigentlich auch normalerweise sein sollte.

Pros:

The location was great. You were able to reach the Main train Station in less then 10 minutes by public transport and Little Tokyo was also easy to reach.

Die Lage war super. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war man in weniger als 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und auch Little Tokyo war leicht zu erreichen.

Cons:

1. I requested the Check-In for 11 am which was accepted by the hotel via Booking since the Check-In Times are listed as 00-00. When we arrived we were told that we can't check in before 3pm.
2. I had a Double Bedroom with view on the garden. The room looks nice and is very big but the WiFi doesn't work and you can't even use HotSpot smoothly. Also there is no air conditioner of some sort which leads to uncomfortable temperatures in the room during the heatwave.
3.During my stay I encountered 3 staff members. The first staff member was nice but I felt like she wasn't understanding what I was trying to say when I explained that I requested an earlier Check-In Time and also she forgot to give us the Information Sheet which contains the WiFi password and other infos.
The second staff lady was very friendly and welcoming and there were no communication issues but she told us she is from another building so she normally doesn't work there.
The third staff was an older lady who acted really rude towards us. She spoke in a very commanding tone and didn't treated us as guests but rather unwelcome people.
4. There were house centipedes in the bathroom and one of them was the size of an handpalm.

Deutsch:1. Ich hatte über Booking einen Check-in für 11:00 Uhr angefragt, was vom Hotel auch bestätigt wurde, da die Check-in-Zeiten mit „00:00–00:00 Uhr“ angegeben waren. Bei unserer Ankunft hieß es dann jedoch, dass ein Check-in vor 15:00 Uhr nicht möglich sei. 2. Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer mit Gartenblick gebucht. Das Zimmer ist schön und sehr geräumig, aber das WLAN funktionierte nicht; selbst die Nutzung eines Hotspots war kaum störungsfrei möglich. Zudem gab es keinerlei Klimaanlage, was während der Hitzewelle zu unangenehmen Temperaturen im Zimmer führte. 3. Während meines Aufenthalts hatte ich mit drei Mitarbeitern zu tun.

Fijne plek voor weekendje Düsseldorf
Pros:

Heel fijn hotel, klassiek ingerichte kamers, fijne bedden en vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt ook helemaal goed.

Cons:

Ik kom elk jaar terug, en sliep voor het eerst op de 3e etage. Beetje jammer dat er geen thee en koffie op de kamer is maar alleen op de begane grond.
Bij flink warm weer is de airco niet krachtig genoeg.
