Pros:

Shortly after checkin we were asked to switch rooms due to an error disrupting our plans. Later loud cleaning upstairs lasted hours preventing rest. In the morning the shower lacked basic amenities.

Pros:

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Beyond dirty, their washing machine broke so there were no clean sheets. Management is never in the office and doesn’t answer the phone when you need something. Located next to a route bar with druggies. Run down rooms and extremely basic.

Pros:

First off, Cassandra is great! This is our second time staying here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and antique shops. I highly recommend staying here.

Quick Overnight
Pros:

Quick trip to big bear area to see the mountains. Nice cabin comfortable bed and clean. The cabin had a kitchen and if we were staying longer it would have been very comfortable. This place is an hour away from Big Bear Lake but very close to Arrowhead Lake.

Pros:

This wasnt the best or worse experience. But i doubt i will stay here again. This place is outdated and not kept. The location is good but unfortunately they didnt provide basic necessitates like clean sheets, towels, floor, sofabed, blankets or working lights. The parking was a little tight but closeby. We had a private yard, only one tv and a kitchen.

The $45 resort extra charge was a little surprising. Witn no screen on the bathroom window, no tilt wand on the only blind, no staff to purchase the gel to use in the fireplace, no room phone, dirty shower curtain, and holes in sheets, I'd have to say this is no resort.

2pm Check-in for Wedding guest was not allowed, Limited parking, entry to cabin is inches away from another building TV sound and bedroom light did not work.
We were very disappointed.

When we went to check in, the manager could not be found, so the maintenance worker tried to help us. (Although, he tried to charge us and told us we did not pay, until it was proven we paid in full!) I was given a key, straight out of the workers bra, yes, you heard that right... gross!!! These are not key card, but old fashion keys and told, the lock does not work right but just jiggle it. My wife, twin boys, and daughter were sitting in the car and witnessed people passing a crack pipe around. So, we immediately left and did NOT stay there and contacted Expedia immediately. Although we did not get our money back, I called family members and friends and suggested everyone change their hotels. (We had a family wedding of 150 people up in Crestline!) Thankfully, many were able to switch to different hotels. We have stayed at Sleepy Hollow before and found it clean and quaint... we are very saddened at how bad this property has changed.

Pros:

Good price for the condition of the hotel. Slightly noisy at night and the blinds in the hotel don't block out much light. Also they have fluorescent lights on all night for some reason. Hotel looks a little older but overall it's fairly clean and service is average. Would stay here again for a night
