Air conditioned room was good. Room was clean except for finding 3 baby roaches in the bathroom. Only one hand towel was provided. Had to get another one for 2nd person. Office door was locked @ 240pm. Had to call staff toet us in to get checked in.
dirty place but for the price was cool
Inside was new. Except the bathroom door.
Very limited parking. Outdated room. Paid for a river view and was told that because i could see the river from the parking lot, i had a river view. Not worth what i paid but overall it was ok.
I was refused check in because no pets apparently includes service animals to them.
We had roaches in our room. And then no hot water.
Very friendly staff.
Good
Good: staff was friendly. Room on end of building had great view of river. Price was affordable.
Bad: Room had musty smell. Elevator did not work. Saw a few bugs.
It wasn’t that great at all. There was no hot water and the room had a really bad odor.
The first room they gave us smells like smoke and dirty carpet! The second room was better, still had a order to it. Very outdated, the towels were old and small, hairdryer worked for about 3 mins and stopped! Would not recommend to anyone!!
Love the place
It's a touristique area, so it was fun being there for the weekend
It was a good stay. We found some bugs in our room and told them and they sprayed the room there was some black mold in our room but the people was awesome
To start off I would give more stars if I could for the service the staff provided during our stay. Yes this is an older hotel and I kept that in mind. So for that it was clean and comfortable. The bed was a bit harder than I like but that is a personal preference. The elevator was out during our stay but the managers of the hotel were very helpful in getting our luggage up and down during check in and check out. We had one of the updated rooms so we had hard floors vs some of the rooms having carpet which I also like as it does help the room feel cleaner to me. This hotel is also in a great location to everything.
Lack of parking
The view of the river was fantastic. I would take my lunch down there and go eat it. I did walk to the trolley station every day. There is shops there at the old mill. You can choose to eat at the old Mill restaurant if you want to I don’t know the prices of it. I packed my own food and I cooked in my room, but that’s just me because I’m frugal like that I didn’t swim in the pool. I don’t even know if it was open, but I didn’t see anybody in it. I did have some issue. I did have an issue. , but that’s just me because I’m frugal like that I didn’t swim in the pool. I don’t even know if it was open, but I didn’t see anybody in it. I stayed so I could be close to the pick up spot for a half marathon in Townsend. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was close to some nice places to eat and a grocery store.
Bugs, moldy, chairs ripped
We have stayed here for the last two years for Jeep Invasion and we made out reservations again here for the third year. Staff is great and very friendly.
Perfect stay for our weekend! Room was very comfortable, just needed some air freshener for some mustiness. Beds and pillows were as comfy as an expensive hotel. Shower was perfect with a large shower head. Only issue was not being able to extend our stay through hotels.com. It was still affordable to add the night before Labor Day ($72 with taxes and fees). We would stay here again for sure!
