Lokalizacja, czystość, powierzchnia pokoju, stosunek jakości do ceny

Cons:

Obsługa recepcji. Wielkie rozczarowanie. Nie można wjechać na parking, bo najpierw pani każe przyjść i płacić. Potem nieprawdziwa informacja o godzinach korzystania z parkingu, na koniec brak możliwości odebrania faktury (hotel opłacony tydzień wcześniej). Na drugi dzień również problem z fakturą - "dział rozliczeń już poszedł do domu".

One to avoid for the Elders
Pros:

The location is good & the staff were nice, We had a king room, it was very spacious & the bathroom was very big

Cons:

We arrived around midnight & were looking forward to getting some rest before exploring Wrocław. The bed was quite big but unfortunately it was about a foot off the ground which made it awkward getting up from & the mattress was quite hard so it was very uncomfortable.
There were also several lads shouting, singing & playing music at several intervals through the night, which i know can happen anywhere, but coupled with the bed problem was enough for us to check straight out the following morning & find somewhere else where we could relax & enjoy our break away
