Habitación limpia y buena atención

Todo, las instalaciones muy bonitas y muy bien ubicado, la atención del personal muy buena

Cuando llegue, nos cancelaron la habitación, que, porque habían tenido un problema en las habitaciones, pero eso no fue así, ya que otros amigos se hospedaron ahi y nos comentaron que no había nada, que estaba lleno el hotel, la diferencia fue, que yo había reservado por medio de booking y ellos NO, en pocas palabras, por haber reservado, por medio de Booking, nos quitaron la habitación, porque vendieron de más las habitaciones.

We were not informed that the street was blocked off and we had to park 3 blocks away. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. The terrace is a big ZERO. The description for this property is not accurate.

Regresariaa super centrico y la amabilidad de la persona del check in

Lo positivo de la ubicación del hotel es que se encuentra justo en la plaza principal de Tequila. Lo negativo es que no cuenta con estacionamiento en el lugar y hay que estacionarse a 4 calles. Cerca del hotel se encuentran museos, casas tequileras, mercado, tiendas. Sin embargo, dependiendo del plan en que vayas, podrías encontrar que es un poco ruidoso porque el movimiento en la plaza principal termina tarde y por las mañanas las campanas de la iglesia inician a sonar muy temprano.
Otro punto a considerar es la firmeza de los colchones; desde mi punto de vista, son muy firmes y no los sentí muy cómodos.

I liked the location. They can have better beds. Too hard

The hotel was very attractive, and I loved the indoor garage. However, the area was not the best, which could be why I got such a good rate on the room.

My only other concern is that the room had very little lighting. They need to add more updated LED lighting.

El hotel era muy bonito y me encantó el garaje interior. Sin embargo, la zona no era la mejor, lo que podría explicar por qué conseguí una habitación tan buena.

Mi única otra preocupación es que la habitación tenía muy poca iluminación. Necesitan instalar iluminación LED más moderna.

I could never find the place the streets were closed and they couldn’t find someone to help me find them I call them and they tell me there’s was no parking

Loved having an elevator, and the rooftop views.
Great location to explore from, and fabulous restaurants around the area.
