Room not cleaned well. There was false eyelashes stuck to the bedside lampshade. Towels look dirty. Stains on the carpet. Low water pressure

Hotel needs a lot of maintenance. A lot of things were not working or broken.

The staff person working not only charged us twice for the room, but overcharged us. I had the confirmation of our price on the booking.com app, which included a letter from the hotel confirming the price. She did not know how to fix it. I have sent an email to the hotel, along with pictures of the bill and booking.com information, to ask them to fix it. It has been 3 days with no response. My husband called the hotel and spoke to the manager who said he would fix it, and we are still waiting. So, I am very disappointed.

Paid $300 for 1 night to walk into a room that was BARELY clean. Yes, the bed was made but there was hair in the bathroom sink and all over the front of the toilet, the ac unit was COVERED in dust, i pulled the filters out and they were even worse! Rocks and dirt on the hardwood floor when you walk in. Corn chips outside our room door on the carpet/hallway floor. Huge stain on carpet near the bed. Spoke to front desk or maybe Manager (couldn't tell- we ran into him in elevator on way down to lobby and he could tell we had an issue with our room) he was fast to say the problem would be handled right away and he did send someone up there immediately but not sure what they did to fix the room other than get the hair our of bathroom sink and spray freshner all over. Still didnt handle any other problems we noticed. The bed did have a couple hairs under the pillows. Gonna hope it happened from housekeeping putting new sheets on and not from someone previously sleeping in the bed. We had a show to get to (which is why we were in newtown to begin with) all the other hotels were booked up and we had bad storms to travel home afterwards so we pushed through it. They also wanted $10 for breakfast? Like I wasnt over charged to begin with. Nice hotel if you can look past the filth! 😬

The shower head was not adjustable. Must have been purchased at the dollar store.

No blankets, called the front desk about needing towels, they didn’t answer. I went down to the front desk and she was on the computer. No breakfast! Bathroom mirror was too high for my wife, and the price was too high!

This was the worst hotel experience I have had. The staff was very unfriendly. The rooms and the waiting area were dirty. We went for dinner and drinks in the bar and although our waitress was very friendly, the wait to get drinks and food was outrageous. The sheets on our bed when we got to the hotel had a blood stain on them and when I asked for new sheets, I was given them, but no apologies for the dirty sheets, which was disgusting. The ceiling fan in the bathroom was black. The cops were called on three different occasions during my stay because of fighting and drunk people wandering around the hotel. Will never go back.
