Too expensive, for a small town! In North Dakota, and it was nothing exceptional!

No blankets, called the front desk about needing towels, they didn’t answer. I went down to the front desk and she was on the computer. No breakfast! Bathroom mirror was too high for my wife, and the price was too high!

This was the worst hotel experience I have had. The staff was very unfriendly. The rooms and the waiting area were dirty. We went for dinner and drinks in the bar and although our waitress was very friendly, the wait to get drinks and food was outrageous. The sheets on our bed when we got to the hotel had a blood stain on them and when I asked for new sheets, I was given them, but no apologies for the dirty sheets, which was disgusting. The ceiling fan in the bathroom was black. The cops were called on three different occasions during my stay because of fighting and drunk people wandering around the hotel. Will never go back.

Worst stay at that location I have had.very dirty this time all over
Pros:

The property has always been good and staff friendly.

Cons:

The halls and rooms were filthy this time. It’s never been so dirty. There was also a party next to us all night and didn’t sleep and they were finally removed at 5 am after I called desk twice. I was told I would be getting some sort of refund but never did.

Pros:

Staff not helpful or friendly. Restaurant out of several items on the menu. Had issues with my tv the entire time I was there and nobody from the staff ever came to fix. There was not even a staff member at the front desk to check out. Spend the money to drive to another town and hotel.

Pros:

Not so good. The hotel was fairly good. The room had a few minor issues. The toilet hanger was busted, the towel rack was loose and fell apart. The flooring in the kitchen area was separating and heaving.
The bar closed at 10 pm on a Saturday night. We reserved the hotel because they had a bar! And we thought the food was overpriced especially for the amount we got. We ordered the nachos. Very little meat and sauce.
