Pros:

The staff were amazing. Naz looked after everything we needed. We could contact her on WhatsApp with questions and she came straight back to us each time. Great for recommendations etc.

Das Hotel ist nicht sauber. Frühstück schmeckt nicht.
Pros:

Das einzig gute war wirklich, dass es direkt am Strand war. Die Mitarbeiterin „Naz“ war wirklich 24/7 für uns da!

Cons:

Das Frühstück war miserabel. Es wurde fast nie was aufgefüllt und es war nicht sauber. Das Frühstück geht nur bis 10:00 Uhr und es wird pünktlich abgeräumt. Die Zimmer wurden geputzt aber wirklich nur so drüber. Toiletten Papier mussten wir uns jedes Mal holen gehen, der Boden hat extrem gerochen als wäre das Wasser paar Tage alt. Wir mussten über den Boden wischen damit es nicht mehr riecht.

Kein schönes Hotel
Pros:

Leider nichts.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung wirkt alt und teilweise ungepflegt, auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Ich musste sogar das Zimmer wechseln, da aus dem Schacht unangenehme Gerüche kamen. Von Komfort und einer schönen Atmosphäre kann leider keine Rede sein. Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre definitiv hinter sich

Truly a gem!
Pros:

I have been staying at this hotel for years, and it has consistently exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, the food is excellent, and the service is truly exceptional. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the outstanding customer care.

I would like to give my special thanks to Mr. Çağlar at the reception desk, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring that every detail was taken care of. His kindness and dedication to guest satisfaction truly made a difference.

I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again and again. A special thank you to Çağlar for making my stays even more memorable!

Vollkommen zufrieden!
Pros:

Tolle Lage und Umgebung, gut ausgestattetes Hotel, sehr freundliches und engagiertes Personal (insbesondere Naz und Team), direktes und unkompliziertes Eingehen auf unsere Wünsche, entspannte Atmosphäre, angenehme Hotelgäste, gutes und umfangreiches (türkisches) Frühstück, direkt angrenzender Strand sowie Garten.

Cons:

Alles war gut, die Sonnenschirme am Strand könnten etwas größer sein, um wirklich ausreichend Schatten zu spenden.

A beautiful day at Costa Bitezhan filled with sunshine, good food, and unforgettable memories. 🌊☀️
Pros:

Perfect location and beautiful environment. Everyone was so friendly, especially Naz, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She contacted us before arrival to reassure us that everything was ready and made us feel very comfortable from the beginning. The rooms very cute, we had the best sea view and pool view, the pools big, the breakfast is delicious as well as ther dinner on the beach!

Cons:

One small improvement would be to make access easier for guests with a baby and pram, for example by providing clearer guidance or assistance with the stairs, as it was a bit challenging at times.

A wonderful stay at Costa Bitezhan Beach Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The hotel’s beachfront location is beautiful, the sea is lovely, and the overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing. A very enjoyable experience and definitely a place I’d be happy to return to.

Приятный персонал ,особенно Хочу отметить русскоговорящую девушку на ресепшене .Всегда расскажет все ,подскажет !
Гостиница находится в очень удобном месте !Рядом автобусная остановка и такси.

Что касается пляжа и моря )Отдыхали с 27 июля по 1 августа )море было очень холодное )))31 числа оно стало на 2 градуса теплее ) пляж тихий спокойный нет громкой музыки и движа)кто выбирает спокойный отдых смело выбирайте битез )

P.s но уже можно было бы сделать ремонт )обновить номера
