Pros:

The staff were amazing and always willing to help. Naz in particular was a star and her communication was excellent! The pool and beach space was clean and had sufficient shading and was always kept clean.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit old and smelt of smoke, and the hallway was dirty. However the bedding and towels were always clean and fresh each day.

It was very nice experience.
Pros:

It’s a very nice location and place. The stuffs are very friendly and helpful. Especially for the families i highly recommend. If you’re not looking super fancy and luxury hotel this hotel one of the best. Beautiful beach night time too many nice restaurants by beach in front of the hotel. We ate our last dinner at hotel it was amazing. Don’t be upset when you come here

Cons:

The only bad part they don’t have elevators and ramps in the entrance. There is only one level you should be call bell boy or carry your luggage .

Pros:

The location of the hotel is fantastic with the beach literally just a step away from the hotel. Breakfast selection is excellent. I would like to thank the staff personally: Mr Recep, Mrs Sultan, Mrs Özlem, Mr Deniz, Mr Çağlar and Mr Rıdvan for their attention and care. We were very content with the hotel and we are waiting with excitement to come back here next year too!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wundervoller Familienurlaub im Costa Bitezhan Beach Hotel

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen mit unseren drei Kindern im Costa Bitezhan Beach Hotel verbracht und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Recep Bey und Sultan Hanım. Beide haben sich außergewöhnlich um uns und unsere Familie gekümmert. Ihre Herzlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft haben unseren Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Man hat jederzeit gespürt, dass das Wohl der Gäste für sie an erster Stelle steht. Egal bei welchem Anliegen – sie waren immer da, freundlich, professionell und mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht.

Auch das gesamte Team verdient ein großes Lob:

* Naz von der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
* Çağlar von der Rezeption hat sich immer Zeit für unsere Fragen genommen.
* Mahsun, Rıdvan, Ahmet und Nur im Service waren unglaublich aufmerksam und haben uns jeden Tag hervorragend betreut.
* Nilay Hanım, die Rezeptionsleiterin, führte ihr Team sehr professionell und sorgte dafür, dass alles reibungslos funktionierte.
* Ömer Bey, der General Manager, war präsent, aufmerksam und trug maßgeblich dazu bei, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben.

Das gesamte Personal war freundlich, herzlich und immer bemüht, den Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Besonders als Familie mit drei Kindern haben wir die familiäre Atmosphäre sehr geschätzt. Unsere Kinder haben sich vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag wohlgefühlt.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team des Costa Bitezhan Beach Hotels für diese wunderbaren zwei Wochen. Wir nehmen viele schöne Erinnerungen mit nach Hause und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

I had a wonderful experience with this hotel, especially thanks to Nazima. I accidentally booked the wrong dates through Booking.com, and even though the reservation couldn’t be changed through the platform, she went above and beyond to help me and made sure everything was sorted out.
She is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cares about her guests. Her exceptional customer service turned a stressful situation into a great experience. Nazima is a true asset to this hotel. Thank you so much for your help!

Costa Bitez Bodrum exceeded all our expectations. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious food every morning. The pool was clean and perfect for relaxing, and the beachfront location made the stay even more special with beautiful views and easy access to the sea.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. I would highly recommend Costa Bitez Bodrum to anyone visiting Bodrum. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the whole team for an unforgettable holiday!

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff in a decent location.
Pros:

-Our stay in Costa bitezhan was great due to its convenient location, which made it easy to reach most locations within a reasonable time period, given that we had a car.

-The pool size was decent and so was the private beach area which elevated our stay.

-The staff were friendly and cooperative especially Naz at the reception who upgraded us to a better room upon our arrival and made sure everything went smooth and comfortably which made the overall experience much better.

-The breakfast was nice and had quite the variety, with a spacious dining area around the pool.

Cons:

- Even though the room was comfortable and convenient some amenities were abit worn out, and needed small improvements but nothing that bothersome so didn’t sense the urgency to report it to the hotel.

We were not requesting room cleaning everyday however the minimal times that we did ,I noticed that the bed sheets were not changed at all as there was a noticeable stain, which wasn’t something major though, however towels were changed and the room was organized well each time to say the least.
So

No free dedicated parking space which was already mentioned, however I managed to find parking easily around the hotel at most times and wasn’t that far or inconvenient.
