Pros:

L’emplacement très proche de la mer, piscine de l’hotel impeccable et accès privé a la plage avec des transats et des serviettes à disposition.
Personnel très gentil et accueillant.

Cons:

Moquette dans le couloir vieillissante
Pas de parking privé pour se garer mais possibilité de trouver des places dans la rue.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und können es wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

An erster Stelle möchten wir das unglaublich freundliche Personal hervorheben. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause, die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär und herzlich. Auch die Gäste vor Ort waren sehr respektvoll, wodurch man sich rundum wohlfühlen konnte.

Der Strand ist einfach traumhaft schön und trägt sehr dazu bei, dass man dort richtig entspannen kann. Auch das Essen war sehr lecker. Man kann im Hotel zum Beispiel mittags oder abends Gerichte bestellen, und das zu wirklich fairen Preisen. Ein großes Hauptgericht kostet umgerechnet etwa 10 Euro, wird frisch zubereitet, ist sättigend und schmeckt hervorragend.

Das Frühstück war bei uns im Preis enthalten und mehr als ausreichend. Besonders positiv ist uns außerdem aufgefallen, wie liebevoll das Personal auch mit den Straßentieren umgeht. Sie kümmern sich um sie und stellen ihnen frisches Wasser hin, was wir sehr schön fanden.

Insgesamt ist es ein wunderschönes Hotel zu einem unschlagbaren Preis. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Overall, this was a very good hotel and I would happily stay here again. The location was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel also has a large swimming pool and a private beach area, which were both excellent.

Cons:

There are a few areas that could be improved. Breakfast could be served a bit later, for example until 10:30 or 11:00 AM. The soundproofing is not very good, as noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms can be heard quite easily. In addition, there was occasionally an unpleasant sewage/drain smell in the room.

Despite these minor issues, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Русский язык на ресепшене, специальные полотенца для пляжа и бассейна можно взять на ресепшене. Завтрак весьма неплох. Бассейн, пляж, шезлонги всё ок! Персонал приятный в общении и доброжелательный. Рекомендую!!!

Pros:

The hotel was good and clean but first night we were booked in to the wrong room with no sea view
We were supposed to get partial refund after we were moved to the right room the next night but now they refusing it and saying that my room wasn't wrong
Keeps changing story when you not there so any issues sort them out while there
Look at picture of the "sea view"

Pros:

Staff were very helpful and friendly especially Naz and Chaglar, the location was perfect, beach literally on the doorstep. Bar and restaurant staff were lovely and always greeting with a smile. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Beautiful pool. We will definitely be back.

Exceptional Stay
Pros:

Our three-night stay at the Costa Bitezhan Beach Hotel in Bodrum with friends was an outstanding 10/10 experience. The primary highlight of our visit was the exceptional service provided by the hotel management team. In particular, Ms Naz was incredibly helpful. She kindly upgraded our room upon arrival and remained attentive to our needs throughout our stay, ensuring we felt genuinely welcome.

​The property itself is beautifully designed and perfectly maintained. We spent our days relaxing on the sandy beach under the straw umbrellas and swimming in the remarkably clear pool, which is surrounded by lovely white buildings and elegant wooden balconies. The atmosphere surrounding the resort is both incredibly lively and very safe, making it easy to enjoy the local area with complete peace of mind. In the evening, the resort is beautifully lit, creating a wonderful atmosphere for dining by the water.

​Thanks to Ms Naz’s professional care, the vibrant location, and the beautiful setting, our holiday exceeded all expectations. We highly recommend this hotel for its superior hospitality and look forward to returning.

Bitez’de her yaz gitmek istediğim otel
Pros:

Oda konforlu, denize uzaklık şahane, plaj düzenli ve temiz, çalışanlar ilgili ve nazik; otelin mesafesinin restoranlara, ihtiyaç noktalarına uzaklığı mükemmel. Bitez’e gidersem kesinlikle başka otele uğramayı düşünmüyorum.

Pros:

Pool was very clean and fresh
Staff were very friendly and realy helpful allowed us to stay on in room after 12am as we had a late flight and it took a lot of hassle off us

The only gripe and it's very petty and would not matter to most is that if there was more shade at the beach the hotel would be excellent
