Beautiful, Central, comfortable, great staff and value
Pros:

The staff were amazing here. And there's this great little patio. It's next to one of the most central parks in town. There are several restaurants within walking distance (or even next door). I found the bed to be comfortable, the shower to be hot and reliable, and the custodial service excellent.

Cons:

I'm glad I came in March, because there was no air conditioning. But a lot of the time, you're not going to need it in this town as it is temperate and commendable almost year round.
They kept the door locked a lot of the time which made entry a bit weird.
The toilet paper was like sandpaper.
In the scheme of things, these are very very very minor complaints.

Que teníamos que esperar muchísimo para que nos permitieran entrar a las instalaciones a pesar de que eran las 4 pm estaba cerrado y el personal es muy grosero.

Super location. Close to restaurants, central park, shopping. Very clean, quaint, building with large rooms around a central courtyard. Secure, as staff kept door secured when they were not right there. Carboy for drinking water. Refrigerator and microwave, small kitchenette.

Cons:

Hot water took a really long time to warm up.

Su amplitud, limpieza y ubicación

Cons:

Qué el estacionamiento estuviera tan retirado y que a pesar de ser pet friendly, al momento de confirmar mi reservación la recepcionista me aclaró que ojalá y mi mascota no molestara a los demás huéspedes; yo sólo aclaré que era tranquila y educada.

A 5 minutes du zocalo et du centre historique...
On peut decharger les bagages devant l'hotel,mais le parking est a 150 m..

Pros:

Es un hotel pequeño, familiar. No es una cadena de lujo. En un hotel.para descansar, estar buen. Fueron muy amables con nosotros y se pusieron contacto antes de llegar para asegurar que todo iba buen. Fui con mascotas y no hubo ningún problema ( las mías están educadas, pero no dejan de ser mascotas). El espacio es grande y está en pleno centro de Xalapa
