მომსახურე პერსონალი ძალიან კეთილგანწყობილია. ნომერში დროზე ადრე შეგვიშვეს, თან ჩვენ აგვარჩევინეს ოთახები. ჩაფრენის დღეს დილის საუზმე არ გვეკუთვნოდა, შევთავაზეთ თანხის გადახდა, მაგრამ უსასყიდლოდ მთელი გულით გაგვიმასპინძლდნენ

Pros:

The rooms were large and clean. Beds were so comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Showers were warm and nice.

Cons:

The break fast was not good at all. There were plenty of things to eat but all substandard. For example, the bread was never fresh. Often the scrambled eggs were cold. Wifi was not good.

Comfortable and cozy
Pros:

The hotel was quite cozy and all the staff were extremely supportive and helpful. The location is excellent, just 5-7 minutes walk from Osmanbay metro station. The rooms were clean and hot water was available all the time.
Some slight renovations to the room would have been awesome. However, it doesn't undermine the fact that we had a wonderful stay.

حلوه وفطورهم حلو متنوع

موقع الفندق وتعامل الموظفين كلهم بدون استثناء وخصوصا خليل وباران تعامل محترم ومره كويسين

Cons:

الازعاج حيث لا يوجد عوازل وعمال النظافه من تم تغيرهم نظافتهم سئه ويدهم للاسف خفيفه مو الكل ولكن البعض فقدت غرضين للامانه وغير مهمه ولكن لم يكن هكذا افي السابق .

Pros:

I loved everything in this hotel which my second home considered excellent service and reception staff are excellent especially brother Khalil as well as brother Keenan. As for the hotel owner and manager, she is a great lady and excellent in the management of the hotel, as well as a dear sister to my heart, and I was honored to know her personally.

Cons:

Nothing was there. I didn't like it. It was just wonderful.
