Great stay!
Pros:

My favorite part of the hotel was the incredible breakfast spread that was included with stay. This was a surprise to us and one that made every morning something to look forward to. Rooms and staff were great. Our room was a clean, efficient room that served our needs very well with an amazing view. I will stay here again if I get the chance to return.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Baren. The hotel room and view from the balcony are exactly as in the photo - although the view is even more spectacular! All staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful which made our stay that bit more special. It is evident that it is a family run hotel. We chose the half board option so enjoyed the food in the restaurant (although a 3 course meal every night is a lot of food!). We would definitely stay again if we are able to return to Switzerland and would highly recommend.

Great location to the train station, free breakfast, and helpful staff with suggestions.
Pros:

We were lucky that our stay was over the weekend as there is heavy construction underway and hammers start early. Room and view was fantastic, clean and easy to get to.

It was a real pleasure
Pros:

It was a real pleasure to stay at the Alpenkrauter-Baren. The room is spacious, clean, luminous and I had a great view on the mountains. The staff is welcoming and helpful and provide a truly friendly service. Excellent price/quality ratio.

We stayed there on a half board base. Food is creative and excellent and even half board have a large choice (with reasonable price additions for a few specific choices).

Thank you to the hotel family leadership and the whole team.

Fantastic Family type Atmosphere and Service
Pros:

The Baren Hotel is the most wonderful experience one can have while on holiday. The staff treats their guests like family. You will have the best food, service, and views in the Swiss Alps. I highly suggest staying at the Baren if you are planning a trip to Wengen.

Absolutely perfect, 10/10 experience.
Pros:

My husband and I were so very fortunate to have our wedding in Wengen (we are from the US). Wengen is our favorite place! The Baren hotel hosted our reception dinner (for 20 people) and they completely exceeded our expectations. Planning a wedding in a different country can certainly be overwhelming, but Nicole helped ease every worry of mine. She walked through every step with us via email and videocall. She made the vision I had come to life! Everything was perfect and so beautiful! We are so thankful for the team at the Baren Hotel, they did not miss any detail with our dream wedding and the service was exceptional. We look forward to our next visit, cheers!

Pros:

Excellent breakfast, room was very comfortable, gorgeous view. We had dinner in the hotel one night and it was excellent. Short walk to the hotel but there is a hill. We will definitely be back!
