Practical location, nice staff
Pros:

The hotel is at a reasonable distance from the city center, and easy to reach from the highway, coming from direction Belgium and the Netherlands.

Cons:

It could have been my mistake, but I noticed that the parking space wasn't for free only when I booked, and not in advance. This was, however, important in my choice of hotel.

Room was decent and clean . Breakfast was simple . You need to ask to staff to refill a couple time .Reception staff was super friendly

There was no toilet paper, no facial paper in the room when I arrived. However, nobody at the reception, no house keeping etc.

Pros:

Іноді спонтанне бронювання буває кращим, ніж ретельно підшуканий варіант. Так з цим сімейним готелем. Мав інший варіант, але зранку знайшов цей, ближчий до центру, і поселився. Не жалкую абсолютно. Чисто, зручне розташування. Паркувальне місце перед готелем на кілька машин - 15 євро. Подорожую з двома декоративними собаками, які розміром не більше кішки, але для мене - як діти. Собака загалом коштує в цьому готелі 10 євро, але з моїх малюків взяли як за перебування однієї стандартної. Маленький нюанс, але такий, що має велике значення і складає приємне враження. Хто має тваринок, той зрозуміє. Поруч з готелем дорога до центру міста, їхати недалеко, а також поруч дві автозаправки і автосервіс. Це має велике значення для тих, хто подорожує автомобілем. Щодо шуму - фіранки на вікнах плотні і охайні, добре ізолюють шум з вулиці. Ліжка зручні, номер просторий. Відпочивати було дуже комфортно. Сніданок різноманітний, охайно, зі знанням кулінарної справи, презентований. Цей сімейний готельний бізнес - душа двох братів, які тут керують. Я багато де був, але ніде не бачив більш відданого відношення до своєї готельної справи. Браво. Звичайно, це не готель "Radisson", але в своєму сегменті це щось "wow!" Це перевершення моїх очікувань. Шкода, що Аахен так далеко від мене. Але якщо колись я буду в цих краях, то неодмінно завітаю сюди. Сюди хочеться повертатись. Дякуємо від всієї душі. Зупинялися в третьому номері з 5 на 6 жовтня 2026 року в приватному турі по Німеччині. Ставимо 10 з 10.

Pros:

Preis dank Genius Bonus, Zimmer war sauber. Bettdecke war warm, aber man schwitzt nicht. Das kenne ich leider auch anders

Cons:

Wegen Koffer und keinem Aufzug habe ich ein Erdgeschoss-Zimmer genommen. Die Aussicht auf den Garagenhof neben der Tankstelle war nicht schön. Und morgens wurde es von den gestarteten Fahrzeugen etwas lauter.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Die Lage, etwas ausserhalb und in der Nähe der Therme, war für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr gut. Das Frühstück war reichlich und hatte eine gute Auswahl.

Cons:

Bei geöffnetem Fenster wurde es gegen morgen laut aufgrund der Lage an einer Hauptstrasse. In der Dusche konnten offenbar die Ritzen nicht richtig gereinigt werden und das Bett knarzte bei jeder Bewegung. Aber alles Kleinigkeiten, die unseren Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigten.
