Great location, close to the train station and short walk from the old part of Munich.
Pros:

The location was great, on a side street, so there wasn’t a lot of noise from traffic.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like!

Central Location and Great Breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast was astoundingly good at this price point - really good. And the lobby had fancy iced lemon water dispenser, which was lovely during a very hot summer. They had umbrellas to lend me during a sudden downpour. Super friendly reception people - both night and morning staff.

Once we figured out the thermostat settings, the AC worked really well in the heat wave and room was pleasantly cool for sleeping.

Location was close enough to the main train station b/c we only had our carryon luggage (missed our Lufthansa connection and had to stay over) but could be a lot for wheeled suitcases from the Hauptbanhoff. After we settled in, we took off walking and there were lots of things to see in the area.

Cons:

I marked facilities a 9 b/c the bathroom was dated, although the shower waterpressure was good. I am so tired of these European showers that don't have fully closeable doors though. Also I kept bonking my head on the giant arm lamp (but at least the lamp shade was soft so it didn't hurt). A lot of lamps but none of them had usb ports in the base so you can charge things.

Also, everything on the side street was under construction and that made walking sort of a mess b/c the street was sloped and water pooled everywhere when it rained. That's not the hotel's fault and eventually that will be finished, but it might affect how some people choose.

Comfortable room and great air conditioning
Pros:

The highlight of the room was the air conditioning. Very powerful and enough to handle the European summer. The room is comfortable overall. The location is great, being very close to the city's central station. Check-in was easy to do.

Cons:

There's no room service. Maybe only for longer stays. Based on what was offered, breakfast wasn't worth having at the hotel.

Pros:

離中央車站很近，交通便利，到機場或是到瑪莉亞廣場逛街搭Sbahn很便捷。附近有很多異國餐廳可選擇用餐，也有連鎖超市。

Great location, staff were very helpful and courteous. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great.
Pros:

Very modern and clean room. Location is just a few minutes walk from main train station. Free high quality coffee and tea available from a machine all day.

Cons:

The hotel has nothing in particular to fault it, however major construction work is going on directly across the road from the hotel. The work didn’t bother us in fact it was fascinating to watch about seven tower cranes operating together. The working time was a normal day so no noise or disturbances after early evening.

Pros:

チェックインが23時までで、事前に23時を超える連絡をすると、入り方、カギの入手方法のメールをくれました。1時過ぎに着きましたが、最後はホテルの方が手伝ってくれてカギを渡してくれました。有難かったです。
フロント近くの無料コーヒーサーバーもうれしかったです。

Cons:

朝食を頼みませんでしたが、朝ちょっと見て食べたくなりました。次時間があれば食べてみたいです。当日の朝に割高な料金でなく頼めたらなあと思いました。そうしてくれるとうれしいです。
