Pros:

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the central station, and also the subway and bus stops. A 20-min walk to Old Town, Marienplatz. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are spacious (for Europe) and clean. Would definitely return.

Reliable Boutique Hotel Near the Train Station
Pros:

Great service, especially by Marta at the front desk, in a small boutique hotel one block from the train station. The area is under construction and about 15-18 minutes' walk from the much more charming Old Town.
STRENGTHS: Quiet, modern, great service for tourism ideas. Fast and reliable WiFi. Comfortable beds. Nice terrace off the room.
WEAKNESSES: The bathroom was tiny with no bathtub, breakfast is extra and pricey for what is offered, the area has no charm.

Good value comfort in central Munich
Pros:

Clean and comfortable modern room - everything you need and everything works. Quiet room.
Firm bed.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent buffet breakfast - good range and top quality.
Short walk from the railway station and you can walk into the centre of Munich to see the sights.

Pros: great staff, delicious breakfast, spacious room.

Cons: quite far from Marienplatz and Old town (20 min walk at least unless you are young and fit). We did not care for the neighbourhood as we found it busy and uncomfortable; especially at night.

This was a perfect location, very close to the central train station and walking distance to the old town. Many restaurants and shops nearby The clerks at the front desk were very helpful, and had excellent suggestions of where to eat. The only thing you might want to exchange your pillow if it is too flat for you

Pros:

Liked availability of water and coffee. My room was close to the entry door on third floor; Everytime someone comes, the door makes a clicking sound. That kept me up.

Cold ac, great shower, great buffet
Pros:

Beautiful property, close walk to old town. Room had a queen bed with a couch. Ac was cold, water pressure was good, bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Highly recommended.
