The welcome was great and I was upgraded to the same room I had last time. The room was spotless and spacious. The bathroom was divine. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful.

Easy to find in town center check in staff there and helpful.. lifts and stairs corridors. Card entry to room. Smallish square room good television tea/coffee wardrobe. Very good lighting in room. Heating/cooling and facilities. Opening window. Shower room. Quiet hotel good bed. Breakfast starting early. Cereals dried fruit. Juices. Good cooked selection. Self service. Clean hotel friendly staff.
Noisy fan outside this room stopped at 1015 pm. Pillows on bed very soft needed 3 personally. Decor a bit tired. Soap dispensers difficult to operate.
Right in centre of Doncaster. Rooms clean , showers great & very comfortable bed.
No hand towels in room no tea reception were quick to put right though. Noise from street early hours but have to expect that being in centre.

The smell, the broken curtains, the mould, the dirty bed linen, the swarm of flies in the room. The leaky roof, the damage to the wall next to the window, the stupidly small lift
