Verilen fiyat malesef aldığınız hizmetin çok üzerinde.
Pros:

Personel yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü. Lobideki çalışanlardan bir şey istediğinizde yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar.
Konumu iyiydi. Tren istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde.

Cons:

3 gün kaldım ve asansör hiç çalışmadı, hep bakımda denildi. Fakat düzeltilmesi için herhangi bir çalışma da yapılmıyordu.
Eşyalar çok eskimiş ve yıpranmış. Otelin genelinde aynı şekilde eskimiş ve yıpranmış.
Çatı katı gibi bir odaydı, yarım ve yüksekte bulunan küçük bir pencere vardı. Dışarı görünmüyordu yani ve duvar dışarıdan su almış, boyalar kabarmıştı.
Isıtma sistemi kaldığım odada yoktu elektrikli portatif ısıtma vardı. Ama odaya yetmiyordu. Çok açarsanız oda aşırı sıcak ya da biraz kısınca çok soğuk oluyordu.
3 gün kaldım sadece 1 kere temizlik yapıldı.

Open hotel employee we saw was very helpful

Cons:

Musty smell, hotel decor very tired. Restaurant not open, no hot water in bathroom , dubious location. Have used Mercure hotels in past, this fell well below that standard.

Pros:

Nothing it was filthy, the glass in the bathroom still had toothpaste round it from the last guest, the bath was yellow and the staff were rude also I paid for a kingsize room and was put in a double.

Cons:

The above, unclean, unfriendly no lift and it definitely was not worth the money - I would never return.

Very poor apart from the location.
Pros:

Breakfast was poor, all the cooked breakfast was Luke warm, it was in ovenware pots with lids on but also had a lid on the hash browns which made those soggy and not crispy as meant to be, but the main thing non of it was hot.

Cons:

Also our room had no toilet roll in the bathroom and the tv didn’t work in room 212

Good location and value but no hot water!
Pros:

Good location and reasonable priced.

Cons:

The shower didn’t get warm in 20 minutes, neither did the sink tap. Had to get a cold shower and only had decaf tea and coffee in the room.

We booked a junior suite, (323/327) we had No hot water in the bathroom, bath or the sink until we complained the carpet was dirty. The TV in the main room didn’t work so overall not happy.
