Convivial
Un peu vétuste la chambre
Small but adequate room. Excellent location. Staff very friendly. Good menu for dinner (or lunch) and a good choice at breakfast. Enjoyed the 2 night stay.
Parking is limited, but I was aware of this. Used public car park and moved the car in the evening. No AC and middle of a heatwave but, again, I was aware of this.
Great location for exploring DDay beaches
The lack of an elevator was difficult we have some mobility issues and getting to the second floor would have been easier with a lift.
Room facilities are a bit dated.
The room had an exceptional good view over the sea, the main square and the museum. The location is especially wonderful early in June when Arromanches is buzzing. The hotel is well situated, has a lovely restaurant and a comfortable room. You're surrounded by history.
Parking close by is difficult. The hotel has some spots, but they are very scarce. There is a free parking just 5 minutes away, but you'd have to be very lucky to get a spot there during the festivities in June.
Also, my showerhead was broken, so I had to hold it in my hand.
