Cons:

Hotel trop chère pour une vue sur la mer. Bouilloire électrique qui fait tout disjoncter, pomme de douche trop vétuste, évacuation douche italienne obstruée . Les cloisons ne sont pas du tout insonorisées.

Vieillissante, Besoin de rénovation.
Petit dejeuner a 13€ ordinaire,
Une vienoiserie, boisson chaude ou froide a volonté,
1 sorte de pain, pas de grille pain, pas d'œufs, ni dur ni omelette ou brouillés, tres peu de choix de fruits, limités aussi en charcuterie ou en fromage (quand il en reste).

A second jouous stay in an excellent Hotel that is steeped in history.
Pros:

Hotel de Normandie is a wonderful slice of traditional French Hotel accomodation, in Arromanches - the heart of Normandy.
The rooms are traditional and comfortable, the location is right on the sea - front .. insight of some of the Mulberry Harbour relics buried in the sandy shore.
Many of the places you may wish to visit are close at hand, including St Mere d’Eglise and the new British Monument of Normandy featuring the ‘Walking With Giants’ silouhettes.
The Restaurant and service are very good also.

Le personnel tres accueillant ! C'est leur point fort je dirais ! La vue sur mer magnifique et toujours là si besoin .

Cons:

Je dirai pas apprécié ! Juste faudrait revoir un peu de petits travaux SDB , car pas tout neuf apres faut comprendre que le batiment est ancien aussi ! C'est ce qui nous a permis de definir ce petit manque de déco et finition sinon niquel pour tout le reste.

le confort de la literie, la clarté de la chambre (3 fenêtres!) et les volets roulants

la partie sanitaire de la chambre: on dirait un "morceau" rajouté, des espaces très réduits.
