Excelente
Pros:

Es un hotel precioso. Ubicado a una cuadra de la plaza principal de Antigua. Es una casa divina. La habitación súper grande y cómoda. El desayuno aunque no es buffet estaba muy rico. La atención del personal excepcional, muy atentos.

Cons:

Todo me gustó. Prefiero ir a Antigua que a Guatemala.

Красивый отель, великолепный дворик с садом, вкусный в гватемальском стиле завтрак. У нас был двухэтажный номер, кровать на втором уровне, очень удобная с мягкими подушками, я хорошо выспалась. Стойка регистрации работает 24/7. Нас встретили поздно и заселили, утром рано выселили и приготовили специально для нас завтрак.

Pros:

The location was great, quiet,but the room service didn't respect my privacy sign at the door and walked in to my room anyway. Also when I was checking out I left a tip for the cleaning person and the bell guy took it which left me very dissapointed. Other than that everything else was fine.
