Categories

Cleanliness
8
Generally praised (multiple mentions of clean rooms and good housekeeping) but a few guests reported issues (dirty wall-to-wall carpet in one room, seagull droppings on a Velux window) lowering the score slightly.
Service
9.2
Consistently positive: numerous comments about friendly, multilingual, helpful and attentive staff, with special mentions for breakfast team and reception.
Location
9.4
Very strong: many guests highlight excellent/exceptional location, proximity to beach and parking, quiet setting and central positioning.
Room Quality
7.4
Mixed: several guests find rooms comfortable and adequate, but multiple reports of small or dated rooms, uneven mattress comfort and some noise from nearby pub reduce the rating.
Amenities
7.6
Adequate but limited: good breakfast offering praised; parking is available but often paid/limited/expensive and the fitness room was reported as limited, so amenities are functional but imperfect.
Value for Money
7.6
Mixed perceptions: many say good value, yet several guests mention charges for parking, occasional complaints about price vs. standard room and off-season pricing concerns.
Food and Beverage
9.4
Strong positive: breakfast repeatedly called excellent, abundant and a highlight of the stay across many reviews.
Overall Experience
7.8
Generally pleasant stays with standout location, staff and breakfast; some detractors from room size/comfort, parking costs and occasional cleanliness/amenity limitations.

Sijainti erinomainen, samoin parkkipaikka ihan vieressä. Erinomainen aamiainen.

Cons:

Huoneen kokolattiamatto oli likainen. Käytävällä pahaa hakua, joka levisi huoneeseen.
