The location was great - easy walk into town. The views were stunning. The food pantry for breakfast was nice and access to additional toiletries was good.
The bed was comfy however the duvet had no cover, just a sheet.
We stayed in one of the equinox suites. The privacy away from the other rooms was nice however there wasn't a view from the back porch/deck which was a waste. There was no brush to brush away the trees and leaves and no table. The room itself was ok. The floor and curtains, especially in the bathroom, were filthy though.
Tacos, the room was close to downtown. Very peaceful and scenic, we trees. Our pets like the guests that we met were friendly. The dogs were friendly.
We absolutely loved it
The location was excellent. The size of the room was nice.
The air-conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud as was the fan in the bathroom. A little more lighting at the entrance for the hotel would have been helpful also.
If you want bells and chimes this isn’t the place for you. We rented a two bedroom cottage. At first glance it was furnished nicely. However, close up the furniture was all very cheap. Everything was cheap - even the little tiny bottles of shampoo and the one bar of soap!
We had enough towels for a couple of days. I figured they would replace them when they came to clean. The note said “cleaning on request”. When I called the front desk (which was not always manned) they said there was no room service but they would send someone if we wanted it. I said yes - they never came. 6 days, no housekeeping. Brought towels once.
They charge a service fee!
No central air - noisy weak wall units. Coffee make - no pods. No refills on shampoo, soap and cream rinse. No shelf in the shower for soap, etc.
Breakfast was limited but better than other similar properties. Location is close to Main Street, though not exactly walkable.
Location convenient and great staff.
The bed was really soft. Prepare yourself if you have a bad back.
They told us our stay was canceled because they were booked for a business convention. We had no notification of this. Very disappointing!!!
Easy to check in, nice and quiet location-- perfect for introverts.
The shower space wasn't super efficient and could use a shelf or somewhere to place personal items. It only occured to us after the fact that we may have been able to use the small rolling cart that was next to the sink, but it wasn't very tall or practical. Also some items that needed some repair in the bathroom.
